What wire size do you use? Or wire gauge?
I just had the wire in my craft supplies, so I can't remember the exact gauge, but I would recommend between 17-20 gauge wire
How do you make sure the flower is dry enough to press?
As long as the flowers themself didn’t get wet or rained on you’ll be ok. If they did, I would wait a day or two and ensure they are dry to the touch.
Brilliant! This looks so much better than a traditional white board for home use. This can also be used as a white board or protective table top cover for little artists. Or small ones around the house for messages and "love notes" to my family. Thank you for inspiring me to make this. :)

Wondering if Air dry clay would work ?
I thought about that but I wanted the shells to feel imbedded rather than pushed in! It would be fun to experiment with and see how it looks!

Do you have to use pliers?
You don't have to but it does help with cutting and maneuvering the wire. I think it would be hard on your hands without one.

By-the-way, How often do you need to condition the pads? When I mop, I always put the chairs upside down on the table to they are already in position to condition. Once a week or can I skip? Yes! But I notice if I'm not on top of adding a leather balm, I will get marks from the leather on the wood, but theyre not to hard to buff out
