Between wich pins do you measure?
Really great detail. Appreciate the quality of the video and your workmanship. All seems doable for my 85,87 ,however I am lost when perform the relay mapping. I've watched and rewatched at least a dozen times still makes no sense to me , I hate not understanding what I'm doing. What's S1,etc... Switch position 1? Now a disclaimer. I suffer from a bad TBI. Not saying I was the sharpest tool in the shed before, but I have a difficult time seeing things now.
Thanks for watching! The relay has 2 reed switches. It has one coil that is energized to change both switches at the same time. S1 is the first switch and S2 is the second switch. The diagram on the relay case shows what pins are associated with the coils and switches, and it shows the relay pin numbers that are bridged when power is off and on to the coil. Different relay makes may have different pin configurations so the purpose of making the maps is to ensure the circuit board leads are connected to the right pins on the relay. Hope that helps!
@@markfranke8326 Thank you for the explanation. I'll read your reply and watch the video where your mapping to see if the light goes on. Thanks again for your fantastic videos on the 928
Damn I shoot precision 22LRs through a 5x25 56 FFP Vortex. I don’t shoot higher caliber rifles so I’m not experienced shooting ARs really. To me that looks like a good grouping, & it’s at 600 yds??!! That’s so far compared to my 22LR being pushed as far as 300 yds at the moment! It’s fun seeing how well the round performs as you stretch its potential out. Such a joy.
Thanks! I agree it is fun to see what it can do!

What a crime to post a video of an M1 and not include the ping
got it, pings to come
criterion barrel that's why it shot good. normally there not very accurate.
Criterions are excellent, but USGI can be excellent too depending on how worn it is. I'll bring out some M1s with USGI barrels for a future vid.
@markfranke8326 ya that group was excellent. I'm just going by the garands I've shot and I believe they were only required to shoot less than an 8 moa group. I'm trying to remember where I read that . but I know it was somewhere that had the actually army requirements on it. I'd say most of em with some rifling that haven't been drug behind a truck for 42 years might do a 4 moa group . maybe some are better but on average I'm probably not far off. I like the garand and the 03 alot they just aren't remington 700s sorry for the honesty hopefully it doesn't hurt anybodys buttocks!
Um sir, where's the heavenly ping?
good feedback, pings to come
I wanted to gear the ping so bad
good feedback, plenty of pings to come

love it
That's a beautiful goddamn rifle❤❤❤
yes she is!
51 seconds of quiet time, is 51 seconds of nothing.
open your mouth and speak, talk in a step by step with part identifying description !!!
Did you record this so you remembered how to put it back together? 😁 Now re-assembly it blindfolded 🤣
Lol! That is why I started making videos in the first place, but some are just for fun. The Navy Mk2 MOD1s are relatively uncommon and I was taking it down to clean everything.
Good shootin' Tex! I miss the M-14...
Thanks!
Righteous.... what ammo were you using,... what grain?
@@Solidbuilthomes IMI 62gr 5.56
@markfranke8326 the best groups I got out of my Mini-14 were Sub 2 MOA using Frontier 62 gr Match hollow point.... I even got one group just over 1.25" (at 100 yards) . I can't find anymore, however.... I think Frontier stopped making it....
@@Solidbuilthomes thanks for sharing!
Then
Nice job with the video. Had just the right sound effects! I have just done the job on the passenger side door for a second time. Mine is a Euro 82 S with no metal shield over the mechanism. I'm certain the failures are from lowlifes trying to break in by heaving up on the handle!
Thanks! Nice... 82 euro, non-interference? Yes, lots and lots of lowlifes trying to break in, lol.
😂😂😂😂 hahahaha 😂😆
That's it

Can someone explain to me the function or that?
It de primes the cartridge and resizes the beck if the case

What dose this do
deprimes the case
Hi I'm finishing up my 928s rebuild and noticed that I had a stray 3 pin connector which can be seen at 5:22 and 11:37 I was curious if there was a matching connector for this and if so what does it connect to?
are you referring to the passenger side 3 pin, that goes to the hood, which is for the washer heater and hood light? There is also a 2 pin going to the other side, for the driver side nozzle heater.
@@markfranke8326 I think that is what it is now that I'm looking at it. I took the hood off a year ago and and the previous owner had those wires on the passenger side clipped so I forgot where that connector went lol. Thanks for the help I've been scratching my head for the past day now and this helped a lot!
@@carsonvogt685 glad you found it!
You knock only one but came out 2 whats happening
magic.. actually it just separates the primer from the case

Video fatto benissimo, complimenti!
Thanks! Hope it can help!
When I was a kid, I would spend the summer working/ playing in my grandfather's gun shop. My job was to knock primers out of spent shotgun shells. He would take me up to the pigeon shoots in Higgins and I would pick up all the spent shells. I would sit at the press and punch out garbage bags full. I wasnt allowed to reload until I was about 10yrs old.
sounds like a great memory
Awesome. Hold onto those memories. I started reloading due to the sheer interest I've always had in firearms. My dad was into guns, but nobody else really was. He taught me what he could since I was six, and about 30 years later, I've come so far down the rabbit hole, I've forgotten more than most people know. Not a brag, just love everything about them. I hope to be the guy your grandpa was to my niece and nephew and help pass on as much info I can, so maybe one day they'll have the same joy I have with them at best, or at worst know very well how to defend themselves when they get older.
I have a 310 tool with mixed dies for reloading

@@AlanLyon-gs4dnWhat calibers?
Is that sub moa with Winchester m855?
It worked for me. It came loose in the box and looked a little rough though.

nice
😂😂😂😂
I would say she accurate
Quale sarebbe la sua utilità, ? qualsiasi pressa decapsula e ricalibra con un solo movimento
Spent primers are dirty. For press and die cleanliness, some prefer to deprime away from the press, then clean the brass, and then only put the clean brass in their press. This keeps grit and dirt from potentially contaminating the press ram and die over time. Depriming by hand can be done in a different location from the press, outdoors, or wherever. Finally, depriming by hand can allow better feel for monitoring primer pocket tightness. Con is that it involves an extra step compared to doing it on the press while resizing.
