It’s silly because in the British army, due to experience, we have multiple pares of shoes for different things. Like our blues uniform (smart parade uniform) has a separate pare of smart shoes you need to keep polished. And then your combat boots for the combat and getting dirty in.

The army has great ads but they are picky as anything, will nit pick at anything because they have too many people joining, they should be happy. I’m currently struggling to join because they’re nit picking at something that may not happen. SMH.
