maybe check into getting a prosthetic leg made in another country like mexico etc. For instance, prescription drugs and dental care and medical care are incredibly cheap there for the same quality/services compared to the rip off system in the US where no one can afford anything. maybe prosthetics are cheaper there too, check it out.

No, it should have Blue Loctite 242 put on the screws so it does not spin loose.

depends on what type of suspension (bull dog lock or suction) and the type of liner you use. Typically the liner is airtight anyway. I dont work for Coyote but I enjoy their products as a Prosthetic/orthotic tech. Many Different 2 part epoxy resins are used in the fabrication.
