David, that is by far the best rendition of that song in all the renditions I have heard. You should be proud of that moment. I listen to it frequently and I think it was those songs that were calling to you then and probably still are. Rock on!

This song was written by Bob Montgomery, was best friend's with and played in a duet, with buddy Holly. They were billed as buddy and Bobby when they were kids.
