Take a journey with us while we ride our shipped Harley Davidson's to many famous and not so famous sites, towns, cities, states and pretty much every pub and great chocolate shop we could find in Nth America. We return to some of our favourites from our previous trips and plenty more of new to us places too.
A lot of people ask if there will be footage of our Australian rides and don't worry there will be. We are lucky to live on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland where there are plenty of great roads with beautiful scenery and yes plenty of great pubs too. We have ridden a lot of the great roads in the southern states and particularly love the NSW and Victorian snow country and surrounds.
Like, subscribe and enjoy and if you ever are in need of help with answers to questions about shipping or our trip just drop us a line.

Fantastic scenery and a great ride
Thanks for watching, we love sharing our adventures
Great clip. We do live in a great part of the country. Can’t wait to see the footage you’ll get from March ride 🤙🤙🤙
2027 father and son trip to America 2 months touring around your videos are awesome and we enjoy watching them cheers from Gary and Grayson from New Zealand 😊
@@packrat61 thanks for watching our adventure, you will have a fantastic time. 2 months is a great amount of time and we hope our video’s help decide where to go.
I wonder if bikers ship their own bikes to North America when they are touring, or rent motorcycles after they arrive. I seems to me that it would be VERY expensive to ship a couple of motorcycles all the way from Australia to either Canada or the USA. But it is fun watching our Australian cousins and allies having fun in the best "back yard" on the planet. "I AM CANADIAN" though, so I just refer to it as being "outside".
Hi Doug. We ship our bikes over for approx AU$5.5k each, versus a rental cost of US$70k for two bikes for 6 months. I'm shipping mine over again this March!!!!
The best Ride on the Planet. I’m planning ahead.
@@dontpokethebear4190 thanks for watching and we hope you enjoy your ride that you are planning 😀

Just an FYI for you. Revelstoke isn’t in the Rockies. It is located between the Selkirk and Monashee mountains.
@@dougbarton4668 thanks Doug for the FYI, we try to get the info right on the fly and usually correct it when we put our episode together Thanks for watching our adventure
😅
@@yamunathapa5047 thanks for watching
I did this route with my family way back in 2004 - one of the most spectacular mountain passes in the world and few people know about it - even in North America.
Thanks for watching our adventure We loved each and every time we have been lucky to ride this route, different weather and things to see each time. It won’t be our last as we still have 20 states to go 😀
Loved your video. I have been to both Western Australia on an epic road trip and Sydney and find many similarities between Australia and Canada, in addition to the obvious differences. Whistler BC is full of Australians on working holiday visas just as Australia is for Canadians. Love your country mate - brothers from the same mother! Glad you enjoyed my province and please come back again, we'd be delighted to have you!
@@BrianBaileyedtech thank for watching and glad you enjoyed it, we love sharing our adventures. WA is beautiful and if we didn’t live in paradise in Queensland we would more than likely be in WA. You are absolutely correct that Canada is full of Aussies working or travelling, and why wouldn’t they when it has so much to offer and so much beautiful country Enjoy brother from another mother
Canadian love our Ausie cousins. Come back soon
@@terryzanger7152 thanks for watching and we will be back again 😀
Traveled all those roads in my teenage years in the early 70's, my home province, grew up in Kelowna BC enjoy your travels 😊
@@derekhorlock1976 thank you for watching and we hope it brought back great memories 😀
Welcome to my little part of the planet, the Kootenay Region of southeast British Columbia. This truly is a grand place to live and we enjoy a full 4 seasons with daytime temps ranging from a low of -5c in winter and 40c in the summer. I'm a retired Silver as well who lives roughly 1 hour south of Nelson, near the border with the USA. Something interesting about this area is we are part of what is known as the Columbia River Watershed. There are over 60 hydroelectric dams within the watershed that combined generate over 36,000 megawatts of power. 👋😎 Enjoy!
@@warrenpeterson6065 thank you for watching and your comment, We absolutely loved your area and will definitely be back. For us Aussies it is just mind blowing how much waterways and the volume of water there is Canada and the US We love being Silver and retired 😀
That section of highway 40 you were on (also known as 541), is very popular with motorcycles in the warmer months. I've seen grizzly bears, wolf, and mountain goats on my various trips on that road. I lived 9 years in Calgary and rode the road every year.
@@BruceG-dw5gy thanks for watching, you are very lucky to be able to ride the roads you can in Canada It’s so hard to come home 😀
I loved New Orleans. Food. Music. The best
Plan a big trip up North 🤙🤙
Great little town
Beautiful part of Australia
Your channel looks great. You guys are living the dream. Might reach out one day for advice re shipping our Oz HD to the states for a road trip. It's def on our bucket list. I grew up in Wyoming - Central Coast of NSW though not USA LOL
You should come up for a ride. We are at Woombye on the Sunshine Coast.
@ yeah for sure. We’ll shout out next time we head north. Pretty keen to climb mount tibrogargan but a bit scared😂
Hi Jilly. Thanks for your comments. We weren’t aware of the additional stretch of Highway 1, but hopefully next time we are over from Australia we can ride to Newfoundland. And you are correct - it was not the Bow River but the Sunwapta. Thanks for watching and we really appreciate your very positive feedback. Stu & Mish.

I really appreciate the additional information you add to the beautiful scenery of your videos, and believe most of it is reliably accurate. I would just note a discrepancy, though, at 1:42, as the main route of the Trans-Canada highway system runs between Victoria, British Columbia on the west coast of Canada and St. John's, Newfoundland on the east coast (that is, it doesn't actually end in Nova Scotia, though the road pauses at the ferry terminal in North Sydney, NS). Victoria has a "Mile 0" marker and St. John's has a "Kilometre 0" marker, so whether the west or east is the starting point is up for discussion. Two ferry crossings (one on each coast) are part of the Trans-Canada highway system along with 8 parallel partial routes, but the main route is about 7,500 km or 4,600 miles. I think your statistics may have excluded Newfoundland--not to be missed! Also, at 20:29 you aren't standing beside the Bow River as that flows south out of Bow Lake, which is south of the Columbia Icefields Discovery Centre; this north flowing river is either the Sunwapta River or the Athabaska River--I can't pinpoint specifically where you are on the Icefields Parkway to say for sure, but I believe it is the Athabaska River given its size. Thanks for sharing your trip...it's been fun following along with you!
This scenery is breathtaking. Thanks so much for sharing
During your visit to Jasper, I had expected to see extensive forest fire damage from the fast-moving wildfires that destroyed about one-third of the town's structures and forced thousands of residents to flee the town earlier this summer (July 2024). I can't say I was disappointed because what you featured in your coverage of Jasper (and other areas) whet my appetite to visit the region. Your Aussie accents are a delight to listen to and the professionalism you put into creating your videos reveals a 5-star effort. I look forward to your next episode. Happy travels.
@@joymcgill4557 thank you Joy. We spent most of 2023 in Nth America and commenced creating films upon our return in December 2023. The footage from this video is from September 2023.
