XDJ RX2 does NOT have an ethernet connection how do we connect via wifi in the XDJ RX2??

i have downloaded the driver and updated software on controller - when connecting the controller to laptop via MIDI button - i can see and scroll through Rekordbox on the computer but there is no audio as in the audio settings i cannot see the Controller as audio source :( have you encountered this problem?

If I have an ethernet cable from the rx3 to a laptop, can I use Tidal streaming on the laptop and play tracks on the controller then? It's useful to have in case of obscure requests you do not have on the USB drive.

I’m having a problem connecting my dj controller exactly the same as this one to rekordbox. When I use usb cable I can select the asio audio option but all I have control of is the mixer and not the decks, then when I connect the lan cable it says error when I click on asio audio option, and I can’t select any music and there is only a few tracks showing on my display. And I can’t load any music onto the deck. Any idea?? Thanks

Hello there, I followed the instructions and everything is fine but after I press load on deck 1 and 2 nothing appears, it's like the rekordbox on pc don't make a connection with the xdj even tough it''s XDJ Asio selected on audio. Can please anyone help me I just don''t understand what I am doing wrong.

I connected my Pioneer XDJ RX to my laptop using the USB cable, but I can't control Rekordbox via the XDJ RX. When I go to MIDI on my RX I can load deck A and B, but then nothing happens. I wonder what I'm doing wrong.

Hi! Thanks for the video. I'm trying to find out how to play sample effects on the XDJ RX2 by creating a 3rd channel if my two channels are already loaded with tracks. Would either of these methods with the 2 different cables be able to that as it's really frustrating that the unit doesn't have a dedicated sample effects option. Thank you in advance. James

I’m hoping you’re still active, but I’m guessing when you use the link Ethernet port with your laptop on any of the XDJ units, the processing power is done on the DJ unit itself and not the laptop, meaning the laptop pretty much just becomes an external Hard Drive? Many thanks.
