Just cycle the charger off then on been doing it for years

YOu either replace the flange or trust bearing, but if you install both u have to grease both is because the dolly sitting outside most of the time at my place and water get into both and will rust them both out, just replace the flange and dont have to worry about the trust bearing.

When the volts drops excessively when in use, this is a sign your battery is too small, is not capable of supporting the load, but will not last as long ad it could, it will discharge too fast, and possably shorter life, it needs h marine battery, a 12.9-13v battery shouldn't drop below 11-11.5v
