Brake Cover Installation for Power PRO

How to install a brake cover on a Power PRO motorized dolly that didn't come with one from the factory. A brake cover protects the brake from getting soaking wet which can prevent stuck brake pads. When the brake pads get soaking wet and dry under tension, they can get stuck to the mounting plate. The brake cover diverts water away from the brake to prevent that from happening.
