Yes you would be granted single entry visa in most cases.But it is actually random I even had US visa but they didn't grant me a multiple entry instead my kid got a 5 year visa.

I's right outside once you clear immigration and come out you can see a tourist centre towards right and passmo booth beside it and Suica towards left.Don't have to walk much.

Actually only bank statement and Latest IT returns are required but it's always good to get more documentation from our side.

Hotel to cancellable wali book karwa lo.Aap reserved tickets bolo agents ko woh karke denge apko.lekin kyunki woh kuch din k liye hi hold kar sakte hai isliye meine refundable tickets book karwayi thi.Kabhi kabhi visa aane mein delay bhi ho sakta hai isliye.

Generally it takes 5 working days .If any holidays in between then it may take a bit more.

Wait for two more days and then you can write a mail to embassy asking about the status.We did the same in my brother's case.And his arrived on 9th day after application was submitted.

Generally ek hafte mein aa jata hai sir (5 working days) agar beech mein koi holiday nahi hua to.

Bank statements can be accepted only in case the applicant does not have Form 16 or IT returns. A letter from the applicant mentioning the reason for not submitting the same is required.

Hey Himanshu it's great to hear that you are all planning for japan trip.As there are only 4 people(friends) so it's better to apply individually.Also have good balance in all of your accounts.Atleast 2-3 lakh.Submit your IT returns and also bank statement for last 6 months.A visa is rejected incase where the embassy people think that your intention to come back to home country is not clear.So if incase it happens also don't get disheartened.The rejection rate for japan visa is very less so you can go ahead and try your luck.Make sure all your documents are perfect and maintain a good amount of steady balance in your account.

That lucky guy is my kid 😀.We both have similar travel history but still he got a 5 year visa🤔.No we didn't apply for an E-visa.As we travelled in spring season and this thing started in April.But literally there is no difference between the two in terms of process 😒

Sorry sir I can't apply your visa application.The process is very simple you can do it by yourself and if you are finding it difficult then there are so many travel agents who can help you apply.Try and find one in your city🙏

Yes I just checked again through VFS call center and they said you have to carry your passport and submit it as in some cases they are still issuing sticker visa.

I am applying from Bangalore. And I read in VFS website that for bangalore, appointments are required

Better try out the global helpline number or either call the local VFS centre number to check for further information.

Direct VFS global office jao aur documents submit karo

The NOC or leave letter makes your visa application more credible and the rejection chances are lower.You can try writing a mail to VFS asking them for any optional documents.What about your travel history?

Take a printout along with you, VFS people will tell you while collecting whether they need it or no.As they have many such cases they deal with on day today basis.They will definitely tell you incase you are missing a document.

7 days JR pass is for 344 USD Tokyo-kyoto is 92 USD Kyoto to Osaka is 4 USD Osaka to Nara is 5 USD Osaka to Hiroshima is 52 USD Hiroshima to Tokyo is 117 USD So total comes to 270 USD which is less than the JR pass cost Plus JR pass is only for seven days whereas if you buy individual tickets you can travel on your own pace no need to worry about timeline

You won't be able to get a suica card in Hiroshima but you can buy an ICOCA card at any train stations there.

For Example- train from Haneda airport to Shibuya station costs 500 yen minimum.If you want you can also check fares on Google maps.we filled our IC card with 4000 yen each for the first time.

Yes it's about $88 each way i.e tokyo to Kyoto and return and from Kyoto to Osaka distance is 15 min hardly 580 yen.So an individual ticket is much beneficial than buying a pass.

Yes,they are open 24 hours until they run out of Cards are down due to some other issues.you can get either get Pasmo or welcome Suica ,the vending machines are located exactly opposite sides to each other.

Few things like transport and eating at restaurant are expensive in japan as compared to India.But i managed my budget under 1.7 lakh(2000 US dollar)

Use google translator to check for ingredients before you buy anything👍.You can get few snacks which are vegetarian at the store.But to be sure pls translate the ingredients.

It can used in all public transport like train ,buses, subways,monorail , Ferries across japan .It does not cover Shinkansen and some limited express trains
