I had a legendary that gave me a shadow clone every time I used dash along with like 200% damage. It was pretty sick

Is rogue a good character for controller play?

1:42 to 1:53 was the boss kill timer it wasn't 3 seconds but still fast!! The time its taking you to build those combo points inner sight your already put in so many twisted blades into the boss Your getting off 4 twisted blades in the time it takes to build 3 combo points and use one twisted blade. I really like your ice imbue build though I think that one actually works really good with combo points! compared to shadow or poison imbue. But that spider boss kill 2:10 to 2:13 that was 3 seconds jesus!!

Curious as I never got that legendary with that affect but would it also do same with say shadow imbue? Where the explosion would happen instnstly around you and you would auto vulnerability every enemy? Without that Lego you had to kill a marked enemy to cause the explosion so I’m very curious now

So far, rogue looks like the most well rounded in most of its builds. Got 2 very good range builds and 3 melee builds. But for my money the shadow imbuement is the most consistent on both bosses, aoe and elites. This is a fun spec too

Interesting I haven't seen any real concealment crit playstyles, especially not using Cold! I think you could have done more single hit damage if your combo was instead of Imbue>Dash>Conceal>Twisting Blade ---> Imbue>Conceal>TB>Dash so that the returning blade is buffed by the Frozen effect as well as Dash. I think the combo you were doing was too long considering you always had to walk back to the mob in order to TB and they were just cold and no longer frozen at that point. It would be even better if Imbue does not break Conceal, then you could Conceal>Imbue>TB>Dash.

Looks fun. But seems every-one is using same core skill with the legenday power. everyone played the same in beta. That does not look good for D4 build variety. Strenght of this build is not in the freeze but in the twisting blades legendary aspect item. Every melee rogue ended up with the same main dmg skill and that is not good. Also you can't freeze bosses, so this build is not all that viable really. Shadow is better, cause it can do dmg to bosses and make enemies vulnerable and works for trash clears too, thx to the explosions it can trigger.

Great videos for rogue! I am starting journey as well and got 2 questions: 1. What about imbuement aspect? Shouldnt it help for whole kit? Mixed with SI vulnerable addon (+20% more dmg from all sources - great also for party play) it should add tons of damage also. 2. Don't you find shadow step better option than dash? SS got on his own addon to stun enemies so you can spare one aspect on item (the one throwing smoke bomb on dash) and ss gives movement speed and it's easier to control than dash which often goes too far especially when you fight boss you have to go back on foot. We lose 20% crit damage from dash which is not cool but SS grants big damage on it's own and has 100% lucky hit and i bet there is some crazy aspect that could use that nastly too.

*Note Twisting Blades Aspect ALSO applies chill while spinning around you up to 2 stacks and it takes 3 stacks to chill an enemy so for example. Cold Imbuement > Twisting Blade =+1 chill , then they spin around you twice which applies 2chills = 3chills *frozen*

What items gives that imbuement aspect?

When i use Icebuff - Dodge nothing happend what i do wrong xD i watched the Video so often now buw i have no Clue

as cool as this is, (and this is not at the discredit of you at all, this is really impressive) it worries me how much damage we're able to achieve at just level 25. Hoping it doesnt just turn into diablo 3 again where you one shot everything including bosses.

I was out here struggling taking 5 attempts to kill bosses and this man is making them drop from 100%-0 in 3 seconds. Looks like I played rogue very wrong

at this moment you realize you know nothing about game. I was hitting max 300 dmg and I was happy with it :(((

Really, really low damage for 400+ weapons. With 330 weapons...barb hitting for nearly 30k..bleed ticks for 2k and consumed for over 20k. Wish people would be more honest about their builds.

does the freezing and chill affect bosses? or just elites?
