Ridiculous price and disgusting treatment. 47 years ago I used to work for the late Duchess as a groom - just for 2 seasons but they were a lovely family. Know what I'd do?I'd write to the Duke personally and tell him. Peregrine it is these days. He must be 80 plus but he will take notice. I'm sure it's a private company doing that and it's the last think they need. Very bad customer service, if it's happened to you it's happened to others. When in doubt go to the top. You'd be surprised. I guarantee you'll get a response eventually.
