This was a great tutorial. I’ve been doing this wrong this whole time
Does this clean your maxillary sinuses!??????
Great video. Thank you
Brian Nestor and this guy will pay see you in court
After I use the nasal rinse routine, there is always some liquid that ends up in my throat so I hock it up in the sink until it stops draining from the back of my throat. Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you so much. My doctor recommended I watch your video to show how I have to do the 'rinse'. Well I am off to try it...
Your technic work's two hundred percent, thank you very much dr
I put a couple of tablespoons of 70% alcohol in mine, shake it up and then rinse it with warm water that was boiled in my electric kettle. Any reason that wouldn't work?
Thanks for sharing this interesting video ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🎉🙏🎉
❤❤❤ thank you sooooo much it is working better.
Question, how will a person know if you get a brain infection from not cleaning the bottle ?
My fear exactly…
omg I love him
Thanks for this! I’m finally doing it right and the difference it’s big!
Was having a problem with ear feeling full and clogged after the rinse, the tip in this video about saying "kaaayyyy" to block the liquid going into the eustachian tube is hugely helpful.
Is a nasal rinse safe to do daily.
Great demonstration doctor 👍👍👍
I thought we could wash the bottle in regular water and microwave it to dry it out?
BEST demonstration video! I’ve been up for hours looking for a tutorial. I initially read the entire instructional pamphlet. But sometimes I just got to see it. The first time my nose burned for an hour. I either didn’t shake up the solution correctly or the water was too cold. The next day, it felt like the water got into my ear tube and also into my frontal sinus. I may have layed down to sleep too soon after the rinse. Next time, I’ll follow your tips …bend forward more & say “kkkkaaayyyy” while rinsing to hopefully prevent water entering the Eustachian tube. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video and sharing your knowledge with us. God bless you!
I followed your method and now I have more nasal drip coming out . Yiur method does not work on me The way neil med said works but yours is bad
Good information 👌
Good information 👌
Thank you! Just had sinus surgery and was very confused on how to do this properly.
Doing it wrong this entire time. Not tilting my head. Glad I found your video
Thank you for this important video.
Can we irrigate frontal sinus from cyringe in upside-down position is it safe
Boiled water that has been allowed to cool to body temperature ‼️‼️
Can’t we just buy Saline instead of mixing it?
My doctor told me to watch this and I’m just finding out after all these years that I was doing it wrong… which caused me to have 5 nasal surgeries probably for nothing
My ent doctor recommended this to me. But when I do it water doesn't come out the other nostril
That "Kay" saved me a lot of headache :)
One much easier method of disinfecting the bottle is to simply microwave it for 45 seconds after washing it out with clean water. Neil Med endorses that method in their official cleaning instructions.
Do I take the bottle apart and microwave it or keep the top on in the microwave?
I much rather a silly Dr than a Dr that barely talks and when they do its in medical term. Makes me feel belittled.
ahhhhhhhhh FINALLY THANK YOU. I KNEW I WAS DOING IT WRONG SOMEHOW. also i thought i was doing it too fast but apparently not. was just scared to drown the first 5 times
I did it wrong it when to my ears is it bad
Thank you so much I went to Dr. Cilentó for the first time yesterday January 17th 2023 I will be having the deviated surgery done February 9 so thank you for this video I appreciate you everyone in that office was just fantastic and very accommodating
Excellent demo! Thank you!
Thank you, well explained..
Amazing Thank you This helped alot
This was the best video I’ve seen
Oh i wish i had seen this video first. I tilted mine a bit and i also feel like I swallowed a tiny bit. I gently blew my nose afterwards but my ear felt like it opened up? Next time I'm doing it the way you did. Thanks for the explanation and demonstration as well.
Same here felt water pressure by my ear
Dr. Palmer this was aweoms! Sure like to see those animations you talked about. Thanks!
you guys still around because I'd like to see those animations you mentioned in your other video. cool stuff. thanks
I'm trying to do it but I think I'm scared and it is not working for me 🥲🥲🥲🥲
Netipot uses gravity and works better. These squeeze bottles are way harder to get right.
thanks
Great job! Best one on the topic!
Will this solution work with blocked nose???
Not in what I’ve read. I read that you need to be able to breathe through both nostrils.
❤️❤️
Nice video. I forgot my GP taught me how to use it, I watched this video and I know what to do now!
THANK YOU for this video! I realize how wrong I was doing it, and now I have weird sinus irritation. If the rinse is irritating my sinuses up between my eyes, am I doing something wrong?
