Correct the mute in particular is called a Harmon mute it’s gives a different timbre to the trumpet quite beautiful

Nick is right, the downbeat of this section is on beat three of bar three in the transcription - right after the triplet in the solo break. You can hear a chord change on beat three clearly. I'm puzzled how you can do a great job trasncribing the notation, yet miss the downbeat of a 4/4 medium swing tune.. 🙂 Nice solo though isn't it.

I think it’s the mute-it makes the trumpet a little quieter. I’m not a trumpet player lol.
It doesn't just make it quieter. It makes it have that little buzzy tone which is incredibly distinct to the regular trumpet tone. There are many other types of trumpet mutes but that one is called a Harmon mute.
