I first noticed this in Oct 2024. Back then it was a dip in the shaft. I had GP appointment in Dec 2024, during which I was referred to Urology. Since then I have heard nothing from the urology dept about when I might get an appointment. In the mean time, the lump is harder, erections are getting more painful, full erections are impossible and the curvature is worse week by week. I dont feel I'm coping very well. I feel very distressed having to just sit here and watch this happen.

I had been told by word of mouth that the penis, after implant can be cold. Is this true?

DO NOT GET THIS PROCEDURE!!! This is a BULLSHIT scam to sell worthless devices!!! I got the three piece device and this is easily the "worst" decision I have ever made in my life! My penis is now less than half of what it once was, seriously about 4-5 inches lost! No exaggeration, I can now hide my entire semi-erect penis (limp is the best I can achieve) inside my closed fist! Girth is essentially non-existent now, not much bigger than my thumb! My girlfriend said the extremely smaller penis is clearly noticeable during oral sex, and the act of love making it feels like I'm only fingering her and she can no longer achieve an orgasm with what I have now! Additionally at 8 months post-op there is a considerable amount of pain even when not using it! Furthermore sex itself is painful and is NOT pleasurable for me or my girlfriend. My penis implant results are far more embarrassing than not being able to get erect at all. This has been the most emotionally, physically, and mentally devastating thing I have ever gone thru, so much so I have contemplated suicide, especially when I was told the procedure is irreversible...once you get an implant, you can never achieve a natural erection ever again, meaning once you get an implant, you will always need an implant! I've now accepted the fact I will "never" be able to satisfy a woman ever again, and quite possibly never be able to have sex again! I want this damn penis implant removed because it is useless and painful. AGAIN DON'T GET THIS PROCEDURE!!!

I'm so frustrated at is point that I do want to try something........I have a high PSA count in which the VA is monitoring, and I constantly am getting a half-hard erection. I've tried pills but no luck. I'm ready to talk to my Urologist about the implant. I'm 65 and in great shape. How about people who were born with curved penis?

Hello doctor how are you ?! Is it ok to let the penile implant inflated for to long or is it better to inflate and deflate each time i have sex ?! Because i inflate once and i do sex 3 or 4 times.

I just had mine done on 4/29/24 ( not by her) and holy hell the swelling is crazy! I was pulling on the pump a little here and there but the bruising and pain was too much to handle.

She forgot to mention that Xiaflex isnt covered by insurance. So at $3,000-$5,000 per injection, at 5-8 injections that is a bit expensive. Noone told me as a youngster that when i reach my sixties id have to fork over $15,000-$40,000 to keep my penis working.

I have had 8 inflatable implants both coloplast and AMS they have all failed for various reasons I have had full surgeries to completely remove each one of them over a 20 year period. I am currently using a AMS that has been in for 4 years with no problems. If I was going to do it again I would seriously consider the new Tractra Sami ridged implant . The pump and the tubing seem to be the problem with the inflatables.

I am on day 5 after implant change to the three piece system. The pain is manageable but tenderness near the device and shaft head I assume will last awhile. Just when I get comfortable, a brush of any fabric has me yearly eyed. Still I hope to enjoy the success I read in the comments.

I have to have an AMS800 installed on November 21st of this year because a urologist cut my sphnicter on two operations back on Oct 9th 2019 Doing a Green Laser Surgery and then again on Nov 4th after doing a Turp. I have been to Hell and Back with all of this Incontinence and to say the least, It has ruined me emotionally and sexually.
