Right Crosswind. 2nd landing was like a short approach to a crosswind landing. Nice... But those turnbacks on runway were done the wrong direction.

I took a redeye flight from LA to DC once, and it was cool seeing lightning storms below us in the night sky. The scariest parts of flights are getting above the clouds.

Why the "don't sink" warning? That was strange, you are not supposed to hear that warning during approach and landing, only at times where the plane expects you to be climbing (take off or go around). Were they still in go-around mode?

I remember once our flight was frying through the clouds at night, the pilots infact flew over the clouds from litterally a few meters above it, all i could remember was seeing how fast the clouds were flying pass us every time the light on the wings flashed, i could feel the speed of the plane to, becuase it was a little bit shaky but smooth us, i just remember this was the best plane ride ever.
