Congratulations on a successful training season and especially for all the time and effort it took to create these videos! We look forward to them because we can all relate to the common struggle. And happy to hear you're planning on doing Dopey again for your milestone 40th next year. My milestone 70th is in a couple months which is why I'm doing my 1st marathon and 1st Dopey this week. So sorry you had a tumble, but glad all is well. Enjoy your hard earned Dr. Pepper! Changed my workout this week. Usually run 5+ minutes and walk 45 seconds. Longest run for me is never beyond 16 miles. I have been averaging 10 miles a day for the last ten days. Changed to running at 196 BPM for a minute and walking 39 seconds. I did 9 miles yesterday and 10 today. Not tired a bit. This may be my new Goofy. Time wise, it wasn't any slower than more running. After Dopey you may want to give something like this a try. Best of luck at WDW. I will keep an eye out for you on the course. Hug Gus before you leave home.

I live north of Seattle and you are so right, training here sucks. If it isn't raining, it's windy, it's grey, and it's cold. I really hope to Dopey again in 26. Fingers crossed I get in during registration. Keep working ladies

I listen to Rise and Run on my runs too. I’m sure it’s weird because I have never done a RunDisney race in person, only virtual. I’m so proud of you. As Jennifer said, I can only imagine running 20 miles since I’ve only ran 13.1.

Not training for Dopey but have loved every one of these episodes and this one the most! Everything you guys talked about is applicable to anyone running towards a goal. Keep up the good work! You definitely make me smile each week when I watch your videos

These tidbits are perfect! Runner burnout has really hit. I'm like I just want to run my race now, I am tired of training haha but only one more long run until the race! It's so true that you have to want this and its meant to be hard. On one of the peloton classes I was listening to out on my run today the instructor said "Honey when will you realize you are worth more than easy" I was like so true! I CANT WAIT for this victory lap! Proud of you ladies!
