I keep coming back to this inspiring talk I really feel Mario Lopez may be the answer to Americas obesity problem. Are there any other Microsoft packages we could use for help?
This is a very sharp take on nutrition and how important it is when marathon training. A lot of people who start out training might neglect the nutrition aspect. I'm taking this to heart and cat wait for my first half marathon. Ironically enough, I'm crushing a burger right now. Hahaha
A burger sounds good did you get fries with that?
@@emmstyler2440 It did hit the spot, probably one of the best burgers I ever had. Kinda wish you had could try it. I actually didn't order fries. But I did order poutine. I'm not sure where you're or if you can get any, but poutine is a combination of fries, cheese curds covered in gravy It's pretty darn good :)
Such an insight into this very technical sport Who knew excel could help someone so much Keep up the good work guys you should do more podcasts together you make a great team 😜

Great episode and was valuable. If you eat most carbs in the morning should you increase carbs in the evening the day before a long run to ensure you start off with full glycogen stores in liver
Great question! Yes I do suggest a higher carb meal the evening before your long run to help boost muscle glycogen in advance. We can eat so much in one meal, especially with limited digestion time between eating and running in the mornings. Fueling up the night before gives an additional edge.
Excellent information, I am finding ageing 55years drop of strength and power, oomph. Know I need to do weights but again so much harder, matter over mind .
