Upon reflecting back to the AMA program, I believe that this LP is Adam's way of protesting his expression as a queer man. Those of us who have followed his career since 2009 when he competed on American Idol know that he is a staunch advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. Of course, Adam suffered severe criticism for his hedonistic performance at the AMAs in 2009. He has been called a trailblazer for not apologizing for his actions on stage. This kind of music along with the provocative lyrics will appeal to the gay audience in a club setting. I agree that people are uncomfortable hearing one describe his or her sexual conquests in explicit details, but we as a captive audience cannot resist listening, and Adam is banking on that.

She has now been offered lifetime residency at Voltaire, the first time in history and I believe is mainly because of her Tension album. Also, other than being a pop queen genius and one of a kind, she brings so much joy to people all over the world ATM. Incredible artist! Love her and I think Tension is one of her best albums! She is going to re release Tension later this year with some new tracks and is going to release a new album next year ❤❤❤❤❤❤

i hear the Danja/Timbaland comparison a lot but personally i think they're clearly distinguished... Danja has this hypnotic, sci-fi, distorted, old horror movie style going on and Timbaland gives the beats and instrumentation breathe a lot more
