@carllincoln5843 my GV80 Prestige didn't come with runflats. And no spare tire - it comes with a tire repair kit

@RichWithCars I am saying it should come with run flats no company makes run flats in the right size but if Genesis wanted to put run flats on the prestige I'm sure many tire companies would be willing to make the tire for them

It is similar to a rose gold. Definitely eye catching but I'm not sure if I'd buy it...

Didn't have much drone, only on certain rpm's you'll hear it, but not obnoxious. The beauty of the Armytrix full catback is that it's valved so you can open and close the valves with the included remote.

Do you mean this S63? The SL is a different vehicle. They don't produce this anymore, so if you go for the S63, you'd have to go in the 2nd hand market. This is way more luxurious than the LC, and it has more features and more technology compared to the LC. I find the LC sounds, looks, and drives better, tho. See if you can test it out before you make the decision, tho.

Lol! Unfortunately, there is no moto for me... I've been wanting to test this one out for a while, since I owned the F90 M5, and this felt more visceral, but not as luxurious and def not as good off the line (keep in mind AWD vs RWD on the Blackwing)...

I don't disagree. When I first had my GV80, I had a terrible time getting an appointment with the service department. Now that my dealer built a dedicated Genesis dealership, it's much easier to obtain an appointment, even with the concierge service.

What location are you in. We have two dealers here very close to each other. Haven't bought one one yet, but looks like we will be getting a 2.5 G70.

I can't say out of experience, since I haven't driven it yet. The pano roof is quite tinted, but I think they should have done better by putting an electrochromic roof. Personally, I'd opt for the carbon fiber roof - I usually don't enjoy pano roofs

Yes, the platform is old, but I find they did a great job with the exterior design. Yes, the interior is dated, but it functions very well, and I do enjoy the fact that it has physical buttons

@RichWithCars The physical buttons and driver focused interior are why I bought this car. Extremely reliable, fast enough to have fun , a very comfortable interior , and beautiful exterior styling. It handles turns well and is very composed at higher speeds.

LMAO! Yup, I couldn't disagree. My exact thoughts when I first saw it. The AMG GT-R had the same issue (when it first came out) and the aftermarket released a mesh grill to protect that area

I believe they do have the same bolt pattern, since they're the same wheels, but just with a different color scheme

@@ram000007 I did mention in the video that the GV70 2.5T had more hp than its competitors. It's underpowered compared to its 3.5T counterpart.

Having tested both, I concluded that the extra power from 3.5T isn't necessary as my daily (city) driving, especially considering it's 10k more. However, I liked the HUD and just the feeling of knowing I got the most of what Genesis could offer in this form. Eventually, I leased the 2.5T because of generous dealer discounts (they didn't have the 3.5T I want in inventory and wouldn't give me discounts on it). In 3 years if I still love ths car I'd hope to move onto an updated GV70, hopefully with hybrid technology to help with MPG

You mean no sound in the video, or the car makes no sound? Because you can definitely hear the car roaring on track...

@lexieme3838 yes it definitely holds the phone tightly. You can also adjust the width of the holder. Based on what I see, it hasn't damaged the area, but I also never removed it since installing it. Keep in mind it doesn't grasp onto the leather, it attaches to the panel gap area and goes just under it.

@RichWithCars Thanks for the info! I'm going to buy it because right now I keep my phone holder in a cup holder in front of the CD player, and it covers the view of the push buttons. Appreciate your help!

@@RichWithCars I was assuming you were meaning the bores the coil packs sit into?? Coolant in the cylinder bores generally means a rebuild, due to a crack bore, cracked head, head gasket etc

@maxdabator all the different attempts by the dealership to fix the issues in the engine were not successful. I told them that they needed to replace the engine, and they said they needed to follow corporate guidelines. I ultimately sold the vehicle because they weren't going to honor my recommendation, despite them performing minor repairs. They knew my warranty was expiring in a few months and they were extending their repairs until then. I spoke with corporate and they opened a case with the decision of continuing to make smaller repairs around the engine. Very disappointing to deal with.

@@RichWithCars unfortunately the mechanic working on the car probably wanted it fixed just as much as you did, but their hands are tied by what the powers above will allow them to do

@maxdabator completely agree. I'm not blaming the dealership, I'm blaming corporate. This is a red flag, as it shows the mentality that BMW corporate has in support of its customers. BMW has amazing vehicles, but this is a no-go for me if they don't stand by their products.
