Footage includes some mountain biking in the 7stanes (at Kirroughtree Forest and Glentrool), running in Tarbert, sailing out of Largs Yacht Haven with Go West Sailing and some whitewater rafting with Outdoor Pursuits Scotland at Pinkston Watersports, Glasgow. So what does a family with teenage children do if they still have the urge to travel, to see new things and enjoy new experiences? For us, it was a sailing holiday in Scotland with Go West Sailing. It ticked so many boxes: beautiful scenery, enjoyment of the outdoors, isolation, something active to keep the kids busy and entertained, not to mention the opportunity for us all to learn new skills.
