Just about to do mine but I guess there no ignition live at the back end of the van? Also the previous owner carpeted over the panel to get access so will have to cut that back and re carpet. Which fuse did you splice into and what’s it used for ?

Thanks so much, I put mine in today, my caddy is different Theres no mirror at the front because there is no windows and there is plastic between the front seats and back of the van I bought a suction cup mirror to attach the screen to, ran the wires got them into the back but having issues with the door itself I tried to take off the cover on the inside of the back door, no joy 😅 I do have to replace the back break light glass so seen how thats done which is a two in one Great video thanks for thorough explanation

I’m looking to convert one myself and have watched loads of UA-cam videos, this one is by far the best I’ve seen. It’s amazing.

Do they have to cut into the headliner? I’ve just had mine retrimmed so would be a shame if they do as I’m booked in with them this month

It's waisting your time and money for carpet , if you didn't insulated side windows panels and wheel arches. It only look nice - only benefit for you.

Is there any change of height in the interior headroom when the top is down, ie is it lower or higher than the original roof inside?
