Target: White 20L drum from 1000m (1km) away.
Rifle: Howa 1500 .243w. 16" 1/10 barrel.
Projectile: Sierra 85gr Spitzer. #1520
I was very surprised to have been getting out that far from this rifle. I did not think it was capable of 1km as I did not design the load around to reach that far.
At first I thought I had hit it with my 22/250, but after viewing this footage again, I am sure I hit it with this rifle. After I yell "I HIT IT!" you can see the bullet ricochet just beyond the target to the right. At the angle it has entered the drum, and the way it has exited the drum I am convinced that that is what has happened.
Some might say this was luck, but I knew where to aim by the conditions.

Here I give an example on how to set-up and use QuickLOAD for load developing. This is version 3.9.0.14 (18/07/2022) EDIT: It has been brought to my attention that I did make an error.
