Trailmanor 3023 - Part 5 - Still Priming?!? Really???
Today, we are still priming and giving out best advice about the painting process.
Hello All,
Our UA-cam channel is going to document all of our family camping, family travels, family adventures, and all of the work that goes into making those happen. Right now, we are adventuring around Nashville, TN and Tennessee as a whole. We are also working on transforming our 2002 Trailmanor 3023 so we can camp more comfortably. We are all about the tiny home, van life, and Schoolie movement so we will also touch on those subjects as well.

We finally got to venture out of Nashville and headed East to the Hills and Valleys about an hour out of Nashville. The kids got to spend some time with their grandparents and uncle while soaking up the sun on a gorgeous day outside. First they spend some time learning how to catch some tad poles and learned how tad poles become frogs. Next they spent some time on the tree swing and platform sw...
South of Nashville - The hidden White Trail - family hiking
Переглядів 414 роки тому
This is one of the best kept secrets in Nashville. This trail is perfect with those with young ones to learn how to hike with inclines. The trail features paved pathways and mulch pathways to help the little ones get use to the various terrains. Our trip took about an hour and a half to complete but this was also due to filming. Nilight 90102D 4 in 1 Panel - Product Review and installation video
Переглядів 3,3 тис.4 роки тому
This is a product review for the Nilight 90102D 4 in 1 panel which includes a cigarette lighter socket, dual usb chargers, on/off toggle switch and a volt meter. I installed this into a 2002 trailmanor 3023 as part of an ongoing series of upgrades. I am pleased with the outcome but just realize that the instructions given are tricky.
How to clean and replace Anode Rod in Suburban Hot Water Heater using Campco Rinser and Suburban Rod
Переглядів 3,8 тис.4 роки тому
In this video, I do a review on two products the Campco Hot Water Heater Rinser and the Suburban Anode Rod 232767. After many years of neglect from the previous owner, it was time to remove the anode rod. When I finally removed the rod, there was nothing there but the bare rod. I thoroughly rinsed the tank out about 8 times to get the sediment out of the bottom of the tank. This is our first po...

The solution to blowing a fuse is never to put a higher amperage fuse in there. If the fuse is blowing that means too much current is being drawn. This means something is wrong. Replacing the fuse with a higher current fuse just means that you're making it more likely that something else is going to become the fuse...

Its a shame that there is no help anywhere for this kind of toilet! REALLY appreciate your video...never knew there was a fuse in the toilet....I fill it with water but the needle wont move off E to charged...I will try the fuse. After that...?????

    • @ImpromptuAdvent

It takes a long time (couple of minutes) for the needle to start to move, especially if you're using the showerhead. Make sure you are having the patience needed to fill it. I used to think mine was broken, but then kept filling and voila, it moved.

You can use white Rustoleum spray paint for “vinyl” for the vinyl fabric hanging on top of the shower. It’s available on Amazon.

Hello Christian. I stopped by from the RV Odd Couple webinar. I was interested to see what you had going on. I wish you well in your endeavors. YT is a crazy place. I have been making videos long than RV Odd Couple, and I have not nearly had the success they have had. I have been a subscriber to them since they had only about 20K subscribers. They are really awesome folks. I have not made the blueprint work for me, but I do not have a clear niche. I think that is important. Take care.

Traveling By Map I live in what used to be an abandoned old goat shed. I turned it into my home. Thus the name...My Goat Shed Life. I have done Funny Friday’s, Word Wednesdays , (early videos) I couldn’t think of anything else to talk about. I also have how to videos, gardening videos, as well as life in a tiny house. Really, my channel should be...What the heck is she up to now? Lol. The niche part is my problem. My life here in The Goat Shed makes sense to me. We laugh, we cry, we cook, we garden organically, we DIY, we “homestead”, and we are grateful for life as it stands today. I have trouble working inside a box.

Yeah, I could find nothing online about this and had to do it from trial and error. I have owned a travel trailer and class a diesel pusher before and if I were buying a new one, I would personally go with a composting toilet rather than this model.

I have a 1971 14' shasta clone camper and it had one of these recirculating self-contained toilets. The camper only has a fresh water holding tank, no black or grey water holding tanks, and never has had them. The grey water just dumps out of the piping and no way to stop or plug it. The lack of black holding tank is why the recirculating toilet was used. It did function, but if how it was working was correctly or not I would think it didn't work right. It didn't leak, did flush, and did macerate... but instead of separating liquid from solid to "recirculate" it for flushing, it blended into a porta potty shit smoothie and then used the smoothie to try and flush like it was water. It didn't matter what outhouse chemical deodorant was used it was like trying to wash the porta potty toilet with the contents of the toilet tank inside the porta potty and expecting it to smell better. Needless to say using the toilet at all was forbidden. As soon as I could I ripped it out of the bathroom, plugged the hole in the floor and replaced it with a coleman flushing toilet that keeps the water separate from the sealed away deposits. 100% Worth it, it may have to have the holding tank dumped more often, but using it (unlike the shit smoothie toilet) isn't a poor life choice in a canned ham tin. So my review is, anything is better than the self contained recirculating toilet and I would risk being attacked by wild animals in the middle of the night with my pants down before using it.... just saying.
