Mine did similar fresh out of the box makes a poping distorted sound at low volume between 35hz and 45hz all wired correctly and my direct leads were way shorter than when you opened your box

Taramps does things with their ratings a little different, as does Soundigital and many of the Brazilian fullbridge amps. That 2 ohms designation relates not only to the stability load, but the load at which it makes full power. If it is a 4 ohm version, it makes full power at 4 ohms, 2 ohm version it makes power at 3 ohms, etc. Need to pay attention to this when buying Taramps products, specs look/means something a little different that others. At 4 ohms, the 800x4 puts out 136x4 and rated power at 2 ohms.

Hey bro i just received my 10 a couple of days ago. And i just made me a box for it . 26 X 13 X 12 1/2 and a aeroport 4" X 17 L it's on the bottom side of the box. The Speaker is facing up words . I'm really hoping it's going to sound good in that box i made . Please let me know what you think . Great video bro 💯

surprised it sounded better porting those pends you need a bigger box when porting. i got 4 vd-12s on the way and a rp2000 going in a sealed 3.4cu ft box so im not really sure if its gonna sound good or what

I have 4 in 24 trailboss. On a 5k Smart Bass by taramps. Wow I’ve had systems over 30 years. This is so far the most musical sounding subs. I’m running 1200 watts a piece to these and boy do they love them. Wow I’m putting in another amp for highs… Took out the taramps and put Wolfram. Sounds even better

First, I want to say a really good video and second installing a low dollar part that handles a high amount of amperage it's not a good idea unless you like melted wire connections . Furthermore when the blower motor or the blower motor resistor goes out you should replace both components so the other old component doesn't stress the new component. ASE technician for 26 years. Just saying😉
