He can pull of some pretty insane plays with quantum singularity, and still get some good picks with ulti, but yes your right he punishes bad players hard

I think that's the issue. Being a good viscous is really hard. You need to be good at using his ult. Which is admittedly really hard. Then his three can be super useful, again extremely situational and difficult to use to max potential. Then you need a solid build for him, which imo, is a little hard to get down. There are very few people willing to take loss after loss trying to figure him out, when you could play Haze and just hold m1 for a kill. That being said, I do think he could use a minor buff on his ult.

This tier list is actually hella accurate. It's about pubs, not about tournaments and most of the time viscous in pubs doesn't feel like a super op or annoying hero at all.

oracle 1 players arent that good. its still considered kinda low rank. if you get good enough you could still carry in oracle games tbh

@@garvesgaming pocket in C is still too high, he feels horrible to play right now. Haze in C is probably too low. Yes she isn't insane anymore, but her ult gets extremely long in lategame. If she isolates a fight, you really have to be careful. If you specifically reference Phantom and higher I would probably agree, though.

FR. Dynamo in B and Kelvin in D is straight up garbage rating. They’re the two most viable supports in the game and Kelvin has the best utility heal in his kit. Can heal someone from super far while doing some burst damage as well. Dynamo can literally negate 90% of ults with his 2. Utility alone should put him in A

@@garvesgaming IDK man, one of his basic abilities full counters every other major cc ults in the game, has the best synergy with multiple of said ults when on same team, and has probably just the strongest ulti in the game especially when you slap on duration extender and refresher

Yeah definitely makes a huge difference, but i still think frenzy is the most overpowered item in game right now makes you way to tanky

I don't see Shiv 1v6 and win the 1v6 lol i see them 1v6 and feed. Mirage is not OP early at all, Vindicta ulti only hits hard if your below 50% so if you play around that its not bad, her root is more annoying than her ulti imo. Not saying the game is perfectly balanced, but it does feel like its in an ok spot with alot of items and heros that feel strong.
