Should you Apply for the Job if you are not Qualified?
Once I was invited to what I thought would be a lunch interview. Got to the place, a 40 mile drive, the interviewers already were eating and just offered a soda. Then, because one of the interviwers was catching a plane the interview was rushed. Needless to say I did not get the job and I am so glad.
The current economic system is unequal because it allows for the concentration of wealth and power in the hands of a few, while the majority struggle to make ends meet and have limited opportunities for upward mobility. Additionally, the system perpetuates cycles of boom and bust, causing instability and uncertainty for individuals and communities.
Researching as good only if you know they're not imposters so be aware of that.
What would you say is the best method of leaving a thank you letter after an interview?
Ask ChatGPT. I used it and got a call in 10mins after sending the letter
I got a job offer without an interview being conducted. I don't think I'm going to take the job. Thanks for the advice!

Parasites on the back of working people.
I just found a scam site. It's at home jobs for Medlab.
I come across an interview whereby I feel that the recruiter from the hiring company is being needy when trying to recommend me for potential job opportunity. What indication from the company, please share. Why do companies only offer contract positions rather than perm role, or is it depending on the company budget or requirements?
I have just stopped working with recruiters. Apply direct to the company..
Or, they say you've been fast tracked to an interview. Poor grammar, spelling and the job description does not align with the industry for that role. Example, one job I encountered said I'd be writing a Biological License Application to the FDA. The problem is they said the job was within the Marketing department. Marketing would NEVER write a BLA!
They called me, then hang up with I answer. When I call back to yield at them, no one answer the phone. Today, the message was thank you for calling our agency. Where is the name? These god damn scammers so pissed me off.
Am so disgusted to know there are still so many dirty people out there, like those who bombs Ukrain.
Man now i'm pissed at FruitOne, who knows if that girl real or not. How can they ask for my social security card without any job offer or interview?
Everyone who works with money and FOR money is ALWAYS a SCAMMER. I see these scams EVERYWHERE i go,especially ONLINE. Be careful people. If it looks too good to be true,it ALWAYS IS (Too good to be true)
Thanks for the insight. However I do not agree with your last comment that the Terrible Recruitment Agencies are in minority. I can assure you most agents are dishonest people whose job is to manipulate you to rip you off and take the maximum cut out of your rate. I genuinely hate them
I have a lunch interview tomorrow and I’m really nervous.
How did it go
@@josephzane3768 It was way too casual, I was asked to meet at Starbucks and I did not get the job. 8 months later and they are still hiring for the same position.
@@PcillaCrnddid they give you any feedback?
@@alinaberyh3632 They did not, after 2 weeks I called to ask if they had hired anyone. And they told me that they were still interviewing.
Question , what happened if you leave the company before the contract ended , if you found a full time job but you still have long way to go before your contract ended , thank you
What I see is a lot of just plain false ads. I helped my daughter search jobs recently. I would see ads for warehouse associates. Click the ad & get a pop up that I should drive for Uber instead. Lots of that. Also, ads for jobs in our town. Click them & the job is actually in another town an hour away. Years back, I answered a lot of newspaper ads & usually got no response at all. A few sent Dear John letters that my qualifications weren’t what they needed.
Thanks for this video! How are you actually coming across new companies and evaluating if they're interesting? These are great tips for companies you've already found, but I'm struggling to target and find new companies to apply to.
yes, this education people need......... about fraud and fake jobs.
Thanks for sharing with an example :)
US ARMY & US NAVY do the initial interview over an instant message on their website and ask for the full birthdate date, phone, zip code - everything
People physically touching you and asking you for money over and over again.
Would this apply to a dinner interview? I have one coming up with one of the VP's of the company. This would be the 3rd round. He stated that it would be less formal than the 2nd interview. The 2nd interview consisted of him and 3 other people and it was a virtual peer panel interview.
Maam thankyou so much for the information maam .. It helps me alot
Great information especially the, http information!
I got interview fir lunch time supervisor on Tuesday 13 July in special need school.
How did it go?
Hello???
This just happened to me, had three rounds of interviews and nailed all of them.....I have to say they loved me. One of the analysts reached out to me personally after the last peer interview and they also asked for my references. The manager told me he contacted one and is working on the others.....1.5 weeks and no contact, now the job is reposted, I'm confused?
@Mercy Yes I did! I guess they were looking to hire 2.....I was one of them :)
@Mercy your very welcome. I know how it feels. I was laid off due to covid19 for 4 months. I started the job 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I wish you the best of luck and will pray for you. I am sure you will be fine, just keep your head up and smile, life is too short not to 😊
Sounds good, cant wait to hear back.
@Mercy I had almost similar issue with you. Mine 2months is gone now, I did first and second Interview and they promise to reach out to me but just 4days ago they reposted the role again.
@Mercy Thanks for the good wishes! I hope you get positive response from them before the week runs out! Let's keep intoch!
I was offered a job over the phone on Thursday for the insurance company for Dept of Unemployment. I only have 4 months of my claim. The job is 4 months long. I didn't apply for this job nor would I apply for this type of job. I returned the gentleman call and asked my questions. He said he was putting me down as interested and then Friday I received a job offer via email that I am supposed to pick up equipment Monday when I don't even drive and do zoom meetings with only orientation on Monday and zoom training on Tuesday when call centers give at least 6 weeks of training and they are paying $20.00 an hour and they want my bank information for direct deposit.
nice ( . ) ( . )
It IS a LinkedIn problem since they can require different things to verify one's account and provide a visual checkmark symbol (like all of the other platforms that do that).
Dear Coach, well appreciated your advice. Thanks
Jobs scams on Facebook too
Also, the company I went to look up was called Vixsta Solutions LLC. Couldn't find them anywhere on the internet.
Just yesterday, I had an interview with the hiring manager via Google Hangouts. Plus the pay rate they were offering to me was $30.95. Sounded too good to be true.
Given it's a contract what if you want to quit? How does that work?
Normally, they're isn't any penalties but read the contract entirely. I've no showed a contract when I was first starting out years ago and nothing happen but I obviously wouldn't advise doing this.
👍👍👍

I'm in web development. According to my google analytics, recruiters are not going to my online portfolio to view any work I have done. I have also found they don't read much of my resume, since they tend to ask questions which are answered on the resume. Their lack of web development knowledge seems to really get in the way of my opportunity to speak with the employer. If they do not know the industry, why are they participating in the candidate search? If a company is lazy enough to send out a recruiter with zero knowledge of the field, what does that say about the employer?
i love that why vacant question, If they cant answer and smirk, i usually get up, thanks for your time, and walk right out asking the company secretary on exit to ensure the safe destruction of my personal information, Dont contact me I l contact you. Feels amazing to turn the tables on HR especially when it a particular well known high turnover company.
alot of help to me

What about security amount&company says its returnable after 3yrs project completion? They ask 2.5 lac indian rupees
Will they ask u to pay for work visa.
I had a scam interview. I was looking for remote jobs overseas, and they make me spend hours on interview, sacrificing my sleep. As i had another remote job (local) to get done. It was very annoying when i realisrd it. They asked questions on proofreading job (the job title) it sounded legit, but then they sent personal info form which content seemed legit since they use a real existing company name but it was in text.rtf and not pdf or microsoft words. They wanted me to sent back with signature asap but i decided to take time thinking for a few days. But, they also say they provide training. But when i want to access the training, they told me to pay. At first i believed them, fortunately i dont have any money to pay anything. Then my family said "if it says to pay, its scam" And i realise the training web was built on wix, and the email address they used was shit. Now, approx 2 weeks later. There are scammers trying to hack into my facebook and instagram account. I dont know if its the same scammer or not, since they have their own network. But its 100% annoyance and disturbance.
Hello, I am a welder. I am looking for a work contract in welding with me. Certificate in welding and 8 years experience. Who can help me to find work😔
What’s the longest you would work a contract position during COVID-19
I keep getting texts and emails from false employers and I get smart with them and tell them no employer ever texts or emails you without a link to an interview or website and they usually call you. I also inform them of my cyber security experience and they get so mad lol 😂
