Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and while the world focuses on romantic love, we’re gonna challenge 👉YOU to focus on a deeper, more powerful kind of love-the love that comes from God. Everything Jesus did on earth was rooted in love. He healed, forgave, and sacrificed-all out of love❤️ for us.
As we approach Valentine’s Day, let’s think beyond flowers and cards. Let’s ask ourselves, How can we live in love, just like Jesus? How can we love a little bit more like Him each day?

Think about the people in your life. Is there someone you could love better? Maybe a friend, a family member, or even a stranger. It’s not always easy, but when we operate out of love, like Jesus did, we plant seeds that have the power to change hearts. And this week’s workout routine reminds to “Love Just a Lil Bit More” 🥰

This week’s routine is all dance, no equipment required. There’s a funky, fun beat to get your body moving! It’s energetic, and just like love, it’s meant to lift you up. As you move, think about how love empowers and strengthens every aspect of your life.
• Modification: If you need to take it easy, skip the high knees and take out the jump outs, keeping the movement low impact but still full of energy.
• Challenge: If you’re ready for more, keep those high knees going, jump out with confidence, and let the beat guide you to really push yourself!

Sometimes the world doesn’t recognize that God operates through love, but that’s the truth. Every miracle, every teaching, every sacrifice from Jesus was love in action. We are called to follow His example-loving others, even when it’s hard or when people don’t believe us. God’s love is what wins in the end, and even if others don’t see it, we are still called to love like Jesus.
