Hes using a modern splitter engine with aiming servo's

i made a duravle but delicate logically chirpo dropship and im trying to make a compact folding one for it. So far its got 2 toggleable turrets for offense and a foldable jammer that just kind of extends itself when i need it to. on top of that is has a functioning autoland, working on an eject, trim tabs, auto landing gear, and a bunch more things that just arent worth mentioning. point is thanks thanks for kerping my chirpos extra safe.

Idk if it was intentional or not but you had your irl name and exasparks name in the top of the screen, is that on purpose or is a quick fix needed?

I've been looking for a jammer for a while now, couldn't figure out how to make the chunky early jammers based on hinge spreading work stably, this is great!

Is there anyway to achieve constancy with this engine? Sometimes when i spawn it in it works fine, other times its offset and flys slow, somtimes it doesnt spread as far and flys slow.

The gyro stabiliser is keeping you level.

I'm now officially scared, even with my unstable aircraft designs i don't think i can make something that can match these kinds of aircraft because of the advantage in thrust to weight that splitter engines have x_x

There are other "glitches" with even more potential, but I'm not going to spill the beans yet 🤫 Just hope they won't get "nerfed" or fixed, glitch builds are part of Trailmakers now, so I'm pretty sure they are here to stay. I'm a purist myself, but glitches are kinda fun though 😋

Instead of flat connectors could you use energy connectors? It would be a bit flimsy but I’d imagine that would add to the distraction of the aim

I already found this, you can detatch anchor pins to a stick and then detatch scrap the stick and the anchor pins stay attached to your build without the connector pieces

Do note that some people don’t allow anchor pins, you should show a model that uses magnets instead (Tractor beams if your a scrub)

I like the fact that this is essentially an arms race although on a smaller scale. Tech makes it easier to do X, make a counter-tech to negate it. Beautiful

just use controller control glitched logic gates; mouse control have existed for years now, its just easier now. but TBH the glitched logic gates work on gyros which is better 90% of the time
