Yeah it can be good. It's like an expensive car boot but cheap antique fair

Thinking the same, their last sale was 17/02/24 and they now have no items in their store.

Some stuff is priced fairly, but you have to judge your audience. You'll struggle to sell items at antique shop prices when you're not in an antique shop. The people selling the most is the house clearance firms pricing it to sell and going home with an empty van!

Technically it is advertised as a cat boot sale, but yes it has more antique dealers than your average families selling.

If noticed, I can imagine the camera may increase the price with some sellers but we've never really seen it. Ours very rarely gets noticed, we don't wear a chest mount or head strap. It's always palmed in my hand. The prices in this video are just standard for this location. It's dealers selling to dealers.

I know it's a little late but I appreciate the comment. It's interesting to hear what other people are buying! The skateboard was definitely a gamble. I was hoping it would potentially be in the £500 region but it sold sometime last year for around £300 if I remember correctly. So still a profit but not our best buy 🤑

You're not far off there! It's sort of classed as a "antique car boot" With mostly dealers selling to dealers. Also a lot of the time dealers are clearing their stock from a recent antique fair so the pieces are slashed but still higher than your average car boot. We enjoy it but still like your traditional Sunday car boot with families selling etc.

Unfortunately it was sold that day, another dealer would have snapped it up likely quite quickly. But it's a learning curve! As we say, if we stop learning we'll stop earning! 🤑💚

It had injectors problems... Shock 🤦‍♂️😂 But we had spoke about upgrading to a family vehicle with room for work as well and this truck came up for sale locally. Can squeeze a surprisingly good amount in the back 🙏🏻

@Global Thrifters Haha, the vauxhalls are known for injectors yeah! I have a transit and have all the rust going!! Good to know though with the pick ups, I like them 👍

You're not wrong there! 😅 It's basically an "antique market car boot" Mainly all trade selling to trade, but can sometimes find a bargain. If we're ever in the Doncaster area, we'll definitely check some car boots out 👌🏻

Yes it is, we sometimes go on a Sunday. We're Portsmouth, so not too far.

@@GlobalThrifters porsmouth car boot ar fire i found 59 full art pokemon cards for 50p each and eventualy bought the lot for £10 and i could sell each card for £2 wich makes £118 then take away 10 then i make £108 profit🤑🤑🤑👍👌
