So you took your Korth apart and didn't take any photos like you should have? Well I've done the same dumb thing as well. Don't worry, it is easy to get back together. Enjoy the video. One thing I should have mentioned in the video. The little upside down "V" shaped spring that presses on the hand and transfer bar. There is a little channel that it sits in while compressed. Be sure that you hav...

Smith Wesson 952-2 "Masterpiece"
Переглядів 7 тис.3 роки тому
Looking for a great 9mm target pistol that is reliable, not crazy expensive, and parts are available, this Smith Wesson might be a perfect fit. A work of art, this pistol was created in the Performance Center and gives all other pistols a run for their money. Ideal for midsize hands as it has a single stack magazine.

Heckler Koch - HK P9 Sport - Rarer than a mod. PSP?
Dude. This is so cool. I've seen these pop up on GB here and there. Cool to actually get some info on it. I had a Shorty 40 for a minute. Phenomenal gun from a craftsmanship standpoint. But... ultimately not my cup of tea. I'd love to find one of these. Thanks!
Thanx 👍🏻
Very beautiful.
Really wish S&W would start making the 3900/5900 series pistols again. Call it their "Retro M&P" line or something.
always nice to have a new gun review
Never seen one less than 3k for the 6"
@SxS - When I started pistol shooting, late 1980s, all beginners in my club were started on a very well used Drulov Model 65 (much the same as the one you have). Being a single shot, this meant that you had to take up the correct shooting stance for every shot - which seemed a bit tedious, but really drummed the correct stance into your head. Best part of 40 years later, it's STILL there in my head! We did have one newcomer, who wasn't getting on very well (mainly because he wouldn't listen to sound advice!), and he was bitterly complaining one evening, on the lines of "How can I shoot well with such a crappy gun?" Peter, the best shot in the club, wandered over, and asked, very politely, if he could try it. Newbie handed it over - and was left *SPEECHLESS* when Peter shot a score of *92!* Peter, by the way, was a really nice guy, very helpful if you asked for advice, but never swanked about how good he was. By the by; that bobble on the side of the bolt must be a mod done by some previous owner - and, like you, I can't see the point, as I always found the bolt very easy to operate.
You might want to mention that the GT 45 will take a Pardini 9mm barrel/slide with no modifications.
Need a red dot sight
Gorgeous firearm, thank you for sharing it!
Love fat target grips like those. The “spec ord” on the box (I assume) is probably the “special order” number, since this was a small run it was likely assigned that number. Like if they make 100 guns for a certain retailer those 100 probably get a number.
Great video. RB generally stands for Round Butt.
Would the importer know who built this?
very cool
I'm glad someone is filling the void of unique firearms that lifesizepotato left after he stopped uploading his collection.
Top... Ein Traum...Best Gunnnnnnnnnn...😊
Very cool.
That's incredibly unique. I'm just trying to save up enough to get a basic P7pro reproduction pistol.
That is awesome
How does the heat dissipation of the titanium frame in the gas cylinder area compare to the standard steel frame. I'd be worried about melting my flashlight, lol!
M13 in brushed satin nickle didn't wear much better. Mine started flaking and chipping; mostly on the inside of the slide. Weighed a ton, wouldn't shoot Glasers or Magsafe without early ejection( not enough dwell time to keep the piston forward) I sold it after my father bought me a Glock 17.....I prefer M&P 2.0, shields and the new Bodyguard 2.0. I have KKM 357sig barrels for 3 of the 40sw. pistols; this is madnesss with the 9mm. craze. 9mm. will never produce instant incapacitation, unless it is +p+ out of an 8" pcc.
Finger nails tell you your health problems
I also own a Beretta 92x performance! Awesome gun!!! Soon as I got mine from my FFL - it went STRAIT to my GUN SMITH and we force fed that sucker steroids and jet fuel! I've got the Lok wrap around grips on it, Beretta competition hammer, Langdon LTT OP trigger bar, Black Beard Customs Trident trigger shoe, Go-Guns gas pedal, Lok extended competition mag well, +4 Springer Preicion base pads sitting under 18 rnd. Met-Gar mags. A polish job was done on the feed ramp, and trigger components to further smooth the action and lower the trigger pull on both the da/sa... Last but not least it now has the Wilson Combat "silicone carbide" competition spring kit set up with a 12lb. hammer spring and 11lb. recoil spring. The final piece to the gun will be the compensator, but I need your advice please? (2). Questions: I have been eyeballing the Toni systems open comp. / muzzle break like the one you have, and was wondering if you are running a STOCK recoil spring with the comp. or not? ...and if not the stock spring, than what weight spring are you running?? (I know you must have to fiddle with it a bit depending on yer ammo and how it cycles... )
I will go to the range soon with a few different boxes of 9 and see if they all perform. I can't remember what I used, it ejected but didn't go far. I'll let you know. BTW - Do you know your trigger weight and do you think the Langdon LTT trigger bar worth the extra money?
@@sxs2950 Trigger weight on it right now sits at approx. 6 lbs on the double action and just under 3 pounds on the single action. Exceptionally smooth now. However, as you can guess, the 12 lb. silicone hammer spring AND the polish job on the trigger internals helped quite a bit. As far as the Langdon trigger bar goes? It was worth EVERY PENNY to me! If you buy it and put it in, you will thank me later! LOL It takes A LOT off the pre-travel in single action. A LOT! ...And just how short the re-set is now??? Mamma MIa fast!!! ( I would also STRONGLY suggest the you buy/install the Beretta match hammer as well to go along with it, if you haven't already?) Makes the trigger the way it SHOULD'VE BEEN from Beretta! Yes, great video also man, keep up the good work! Please let me know how the comp. works out with some different loads? I'd be grateful, thank you! P.S - I'm only putting defensive and range ammo through mine for now, so that's what interests me with the comp. Happy New Year '25
Is that the stock barrel?
No it's not. I own a Beretta 92x Performance as well. He may have an aftermarket threaded barrel from Beretta, or maybe a Jarvis custom threaded ? I don't think he says, but the stock factory barrel config. is a 4.9 inch, black nitride coated NON-threaded.
Would be nice if you had some......uuuuuuuhhhhhhh.
I was just saying today that HK should bring this gun back into production.
Nice... werden sie nach Germany importiert... Gruß aus Austria.....
Nice heat sink
Very few competition shooters who used the Sp1 competition used those drill holes to mount optics (what it was designed for). Some competition shooters did utilize those drill holes to install custom gas pedals. Just an interesting fact. The most popular Sp1 is the SP1 General that is a compact version, those are very rare nowadays.
SIG is a Swiss manufacturer/brand, not a German one…
Do these get as hot firing as the original P7s do?
For that price, a 2011 would do so much more damage.
What dealer were you able to order the Toni systems accessories from ?
I dont understand why some 208 is single stage trigger and some other are 2 stage.
208S ?
This is a _PSP_ not a P7. Subtle but a big difference.
No this is a P7 not a PSP. PSP sell for around 20k, big difference
@sxs2950 You never told us what the new version goes for. It can't be cheap.
I don't see how a heel mag release can be considered "updated". Why add a pic rail and not a button or paddle mag release?
I have long wondered why someone didn't license the P7 design from HK to build a modern version of. Someone must have been thinking the same thing.
Why are they so expensive? Just got a real one at that price point.
Very low demand and high cost of manufacture I'm sure. Also it seems like they are buying parts from HK.
Ooooph.. .30 Luger is not .30 Mauser. Common mistake but having an MMS almost requires knowing this as a license to own it. Cool piece, though. Not easy to find nor cheap.
Appreciate the video but a lot of your video is out of focus. Take note of how Ian McCollum does his videos. Don't hold the gun and fidget around with it. Leave the gun stationary and add an edit when you need to change the position of the gun. The auto focus is causing parts of the gun to go out of focus everytime you fidget around with the gun.
Thanks, I got a new camera that should solve that problem. Will be working on making better videos in the future.
Cool!
Good thing I subbed to you a while back after some usp & vector vids. Toni systems make tons of outstanding shotgun stuff too.
Stay tuned, I have the coolest Beretta on the planet I plan on making a video about.
@@sxs2950 Sure thing.
I prefer the mag release on the P7M13.
Very sexy pistols. Hoping they succeed and the price comes down a bit.
I've never loved a 92 but boy that's a gem.
Sal Luna just placed very well in Open division at the Georgia Sectional using a Toni System equipped 92x performance.
Does the titanium frame pistol not have a heat shield like the standard P7M8? Besides the mag release, that was the big upgrade over the original P7/PSP. How hot does the pistol get after shooting a box of ammo through it?
The titanium frame is a P7, not a P7M8 so it does not have a dust cover. It depends how quickly you shoot the box of ammo. If you are at the range blasting away, yes it will get hot. Just buy two P7's and alternate.
@@sxs2950 "Just buy two guns that cost several thousand dollars each." lol
I would name it Hans Gruber.
The originals were extremely accurate. I would be disapointed if this one were not.
2500 bucks. For a pistol. Pizz up a rope
