@@billy1673 a lot of new builds prefer gas over firewood these days. Homeowners are even retrofitting older firewood burning fireplaces and booting for cleaner burning gas. It’s a personal preference. Are you looking for a home with a regular fireplace near Breckenridge? Thanks for watching!

Lots of homes are using gas over firewood for lots of different reasons. Gas is cleaner and easier if anyone has breathing issues, the smoke that comes with a. real fire can irritate and cause complications for some. It's a personal preference for sure. Thanks for watching!

Yes, there are some trails that you can mountain bike on, but most are still covered in snow. The rec path is melted out and good for some early season miles. Have fun on your trip and thanks for watching!

⁠@@user91187 Hi, thanks for reaching out! There is a very short 5 minute walk by the ice rink that takes you to Issac our neighborhood troll. Great fun photo opportunity. Then on the other side of the parking lot is a railroad park with a playground. You can picnic there too. I’ll get back to you once I think of a few other things to do
