How to Explain and Persuade With Just 3 Letters | #SpeakingofNumbers 05
In a perfect world, we would all explain what we want, people would agree without raising a fuss, AND everyone would go home happy.
BUT as it turns out, life isn’t that simple, and neither are people.
THEREFORE an amazing communication tool raises its hand and says, “Ooh ooh! I can help with that!” It’s a 3-letter acronym with ideas that are simple to learn, trickier to implement well, but incredibly clear and persuasive when you do.
(Hint: I just used it.)

What if I told you there was a moral, ethical, and scientifically proven way to change the brains of people you’re talking to such that they end up liking you, trusting you, and doing business with you? Imagine potential clients saying “yes, I want to work with YOU instead of anyone else”, existing clients and team members saying “I believe that YOU actually understand me, let’s keep working to...

Every moment of every day, our brains are sorting through an insane number of inputs, trying to make sense of the world. As we do, we end up connecting all sorts of meaning to everything we experience, from the most basic object - or number - to the most complex idea. When we discover those connections and even create connections of our own, we have an incredibly powerful tool for creating emot...

We all know communication is important for business success. But we also know that a lot of communication is disposable and annoying. Is there a way to stop getting ideas? I have been keeping notes on full novel ideas I have been collecting over this year, i just finished writing my 2nd novel and started my 3rd, in the same time i have 30 well thought out ideas that could most likely support an entire novel each by them self.

Hello! Next week I’m filming a very special video (2,000 subscriber special) where we take some off-road vehicles to some trails in Colorado and test them to their limits. However I don’t know how the video will go, for example something could break down, we could get stuck in bad weather, we could get lost, etc. How can I best approach this and be prepared to shoot it so that I can edit it so it makes sense? Any tips will help!

Thanks for this advice! As a new channel, we often get caught in the dilemma of how much editing to do for our GenX comedy vlogs. We're taking different approaches from doing very minimal editing to in one case for one video I spent an extreme amount of time editing trying to create a completely different experience for the viewer by creating word art for every single word caption. I did this because it was a single talking Head video and figured I could really add to the viewer experience with word art. If this video takes off then it may be worth spending the extra time but at this point like you said it's all about choices. Thanks for your great content! Sincerely, Eric & Tara

Jeff, so happy to have found you from Nick and Dee Nimmin's channels. They talked about your channel on a live they did the other day. We're really excited to explore your content. This is the first video we've watched of yours and we immediately subscribed because we immediately see the value. We are impressed with not only your podcast style but the fact you brought on a guest that some may perceive as controversial because his channel involves firearms. We love how you kept it focused on the creative aspect and how he integrated two distinct niches. It's clear the key to success on UA-cam is being authentic. We just launched our UA-cam channel 3 weeks ago. And while our views and impressions were great right out of the gate they have quickly declined. We just have to keep reminding ourselves that our authenticity to being ourselves regardless of what people think is the key to our GenX vlog and comedy success. Looking forward to explore more of your content and to future videos. Thanks for all your efforts and your videos! Sincerely, Eric & Tara ❤

I've been looking for at least one single video that effectively explains storytelling ... Not only did I stumble across a great video, I have an entire channel to binge watch!! Also, I have a remarkably similar story to you... started playing piano when I was 4 learned by ear at first was called 'Josiah, the piano man' instead of 'Jeff the piano guy.' realized how to add "soul" into music when I started playing publicly (mainly at church and busking for tips. Fun fact, people would always tip more often when I focused on playing with soul) Picked up Video in High-school and Learned storytelling through creating UA-cam videos
