Would love to see an update on your tent and how things are going. Do you live in it full time?
What was the day time/night time temp up there? Everyone looks super cold?
How do you access
Cool beans
Thanks for watching!
Where did you get the foam flooring!?
For free from dumpster diving!
When tank is on stove, make sure you keep it full of water so it doesn’t warp
Good to know, thanks!
Glad to see success in that lake. Landed in there last fall and got skunked. Great bird hunting down the road though
We fished pretty hard for the one brook trout but so worth it!
Hey what number camp site is that on knife? Thanks I appreciate it it!
Sorry that information is exclusive to subscribers who also give thumbs up on these videos. I will also be making a BWCA video this year coming up soon! Subscribe to get more information!
@@gravesupnorthsounds good, I subscribed and liked the video. Could you please help a guy out and share the site? Heading to knife tomorrow. Thanks
I'm a local leader, keep out! my tribe doesn't want you people around our land. Except for the casino please go to the casino!
Start of a cool little bridge.
Thanks for watching!
If you’re not there to get snow off the roof, is that a problem?
If there is more than roughly 6-8 inches of snow, It will have to be knocked off.. if you build your own wood frame, then it wouldn't be a worry. Thanks for watching!
Can this machine be put on a deer rack / rear hitch ...how heavy is it?
Yes, this would fit on a rear hitch. The unit weighs 300 pounds dry. Thanks for watching!
And do you think you would’ve made it up here if the track was studded?
Are these the big one or the small one? I’m not sure what model each one of them are like what model is the big one and what model is the small one
This is the bigger model. They do have a Long track version now. Also, that could've helped it make it up... I'm not sure. Couldn't hurt to have studs for extra grip. Thanks for watching!
For putting into an enclosed vehicle (minivan etc) can these be loaded/run with the handle folded?
Yes! Watch my UA-cam video, we got stuck, and you can see that work in action. Thanks for watching!
thats a really cool watrer heater, nice find!
Thanks for watching!
Man, nice work banking those turns. I didn’t realize you could lean the machine over that far. I’ve got some homework to practice 👍🏼😁
Thanks for watching! It helped to have slick ice under the snow
Just bought the same tent. Didn’t want to set it up outside until spring to do the whole seasoning thing. Did you do the seasoning process after setting it up? If not, did you have any issues with leaks initially? I set mine up in a gymnasium today and it seemed like a snug fit on the frame. Did you notice your canvas shrink any with time?
I never did season my tent. It's been up for over 2 years now, and there arenno issues what so ever. Looks like new. I purchased a rain fly which keeps the canvas in nice shape.
How are you catching the walleye? Are you trolling? Also how many ft back are you trolling for the lake trout with lead core
Walleye, we are trolling very slow with a worm harness. Between 8-14ft. For the lake trout, if I remember right, we had the lead core down about 20 ish feet and fishing from 40 to 120 feet of water. Fish were suspended in many different depths. Thanks for watching!
@@gravesupnorth thanks for the reply!! Heading there in June for my first time ever!
Looks like a blast. Just took the kids out this weekend for this first time this season on my B13 MER. Love that thing so much.
Great to hear! Thanks for watching
Second! Good to see you Braden :D
First!
Those Snowdogs are the balls! Love to try one out…
Thanks for watching! Go check out my latest video!
Have you tried it on steep long hills?
Nope, it could be a fun video to make. Thanks for watching
Ever hear of a shovel ??
Nope, I'll have to look that up. Thanks for watching!
Can you leave links of what your showing in your videos most you- tubers will leave the links for the tent, stove, and what holds the water on the stove nice videos thanks
I'll be sure to try and figure out how to do that. Thanks for watching!
@@gravesupnorth thanks
Hi can you leave the link and price for the tent did you have to ask someone if you could put the tent their like a zone area great video thanks
Because this is not a permit structure, no permit is required in my area.
thats the nice lake and almost 3 miles of off road!
Thanks for watching!
Sweet! Looks like an over complex Elan with a sled....
Thanks for watching!
I ain't givin' up my house any time soon (I hope), but I can see being pretty content in a place like that.
Definitely my idea of a perfect day.
I'm hoping for more snow to make it happen this year again. Thanks for watching!
Perfect machine for the farm. Not too fast just perfect.
I'm hoping to make more of a towing test video soon. Thanks for watching!
Is there an off the shelf groomer sled or is it custom made?
You could purchase this proprably off the snowdog website. Possibly snowdog dealers could have them on stock.... thanks for watching
Yeah that's how I want to live a tent stove and live off of the land
Great video man!! Looks like quite a fun day! Keep up the excellent work!! I make like fishing videos as well, and really love watching your videos! All the best to you!! 🤜🤛🎣💪
Thanks for watching! I checked out your channel and awesome videos! One of these days, I need to make it up to Ontario. Bucket list for me is to catch a brook trout on Nipigon River. If you're looking to fish northern MN, hit me up @colejifishingadventures
Awesome trip! Seems to me you left out my 63.24 inch northern eh?
You know, I think that video corrupted on my GoPro... I guess I caught the biggest northern since you don't have video evidence😄
Needs a winch
Could help. Otherwise invest into one with reverse. Thanks for watching!
I’d like a battery version.
They are coming out with a battery version soon! Thanks for watching!
Battery saw might work too. What brand of groomer?
We've bought the groomer off the snowdog website. Thanks for watching!
You guys did more for this product than the actual company!
Thanks for watching. We will be making many more videos of snowdogs this 2024 season!
Is there any separation between the tent and the tarp over top? Does moisture build up in the winter?
No, the tarp is game-changing to keep any melting snow off the canvas.also UV rays. Thanks for watching!
Thank you not only for the great content but for the tips on using a clamp. Not sure why I’d never thought of that but It’ll make my build much easier. Thank you.
Glad to help. Thanks for watching!
Any fire concerns using that foam with a woodstove?
Not at all. Thanks for watching!
Just built a platform on my land a 12x16 for a 12x14 wall tent. You didn’t want to use pressure treated lumber?
I figured it won't be getting wet... and cheaper. no problems yet. Thanks for watching!
Great setup! I love my Camp Chef stove. I did gasket the door and added a stovepipe cap on top.
I wish I could do this. Being homeless for almost two months stinks. Blessings from Indiana
Thanks for watching!
Glad I found ya, subbed. 🎉
Thanks for subbin!
Old, retired in paid off comfortable house drinking my coffee, watching and giggling... how long do yo plan living in it ?
Probably in a neighborhood too... I like woods, no neighbors!!! Freedom!
Have you ever skied behind a snow dog
No, but now I must try! Thanks for Watching!
How long are these tents expected to last if you leave them out all year round
Good quality canvas tents may last 15-30 years, depends on upkeep. BUT White Duck 14x16 Canvas Tent may not be the best canvas tents on the market.
10 plus years... I have a tarp on top to help with UV rays. Year 2 and the tent look as new! Thanks for watching
@@gravesupnorth IM looking at their 8x10 model. Any issues with it since purchase or completely happy?
Just ordered same tent. 14 wide deck work well with 14 wide tent?
