What seat covers do you have?

You must get sealer on all the gaskets or air will get in and it won’t suck up water.😢that how you change it but that’s not how you do it where it’s gonna work and not get air into it.If it doesn’t seal air will get into it and it won’t such up the water n you’ll over heat.get blue tube gasket maker at auto store must be blue it’s waterproof or can of that gummy gasket sealer marine style.

I know this is an old video, but I’m going to share my experience, mine was a 5.5mm, I took the socket, got an Allen wrench that fit inside of it, and angle grinded the shorter end off of it so it was able to fit, I then stuck the Allen wrench into the end of the socket and did what I could to turn it, there was clearance going from the 6 o clock position counter clock wise up to the 2 - 3 o clock position. Repeated that rotation like 4 times and out came the screw, in case anybody here is doing this, it saved me a bunch of time, I unfortunately got a dud actuator but I’m sure I’ll be able to get the screw back in the same way I got it out.

When putting the actuator on did u leave it open to cold or closed to heat I'm haveing a issue where I put one on hardly get any heat but if I close by hand I get all kinds of hest

How about keeping the light in the glove from staying lit up? Is there a clip to keep it in place when I close the glove box?

You didn’t put marine grease on the impeller n didn’t use any gasket cement on any of the gaskets.. Its most likely gonna get air and not suction good .😢

So the Blend door thing you just showed, is that for the hot and cold control of the front heater? I have a situation where my suburban does not have heat. The front control is like stuck on cold.

Does the oil drain plug have a washer?

Watching this because previous owner took my tube off my pcv valve and replaced it with thick orange hose and zip ties🤣

The positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve is a simple system that introduces filtered fresh air into the crankcase. The PCV valve uses the engine's vacuum to pull air through the crankcase and reintroduce it back into the intake manifold system.

That's not the blend door actuator, it's above & to the right of the gas pedal doorman part number 604-107 That is the temperature actuator, which is why it's stuck on heat! The fresh air actuator, is by the passenger kick panel against the firewall Murray part number DA 1055, Dorman part # is 604-116. You have to search your ass off to find the part numbers because everyone refers to every damn one of them as a blend door actuator. Fuckin come on man!

small hole, small putty knife or your finger. A sponge works better than a rag, way better.

glassing a new floor into my 87 this weekend. ive been searching for a pic of one with the windshield removed. it looks a lot better than a newer one missing the windshield. i drew up a version in cad to see what it would look like as a CC. retain the bow and stern seating, 1 at the helm and 1 on front of console. since ive reduced mine to a clean rot free hull i have to say keep it dry brother. everything in the boat from stringers to deck, seat boxes, etc...all wood with barely any fiberglass. all the wood on my boat was toast, water logged foam. if the boat wasnt a runner for free, and me having a background in marine engineering, this would have been over my head, beyond my wallet, and in the dump.

To get the 7/32 nut that's hard to get to I drilled a hole between the lighter and glove box straight threw plastic and metal plate straight to the nut easy peasy

Matt, the first 6 numbers of the mower serial number are the month, day and year the mower was built. For example, my mower’s serial number is 012908C002192. My mower was built Jan 29, 2008. On the left side of the Briggs and Stratton engine there should be a sticker with the engine serial number and a scan code. Scan the code and it will link you to the B&S site for that engine. You will find the Operator Manual and Parts Manual there for that engine model.

i have a 96 gmc suburban k1500 that needs a heater box door and actuator replaced. is the piece you replaced all i need to replace for mine?

Mines only blowing through the windshield defrost. It maybe seem silly but it irritates me. I'm also replacing the blower motor resistor so I have full range of fan control not just full power. It's a small thing but I want my truck running as good as it was brand new if not better
