With Hardship Comes Ease
@FACESOUL for more of his music and wisdom
“With hardship comes ease
Literally with hardship comes ease
And I think we know our lives have been far from easy, um
See, the journey we've gone on
The journey that we all go on, you can't put it into words
And what I've learned to realize is that all of us have undergone things in our lives that no one else will ever understand
And only our eyes have ever seen and only our hearts have felt that experience
As as result of it we can feel like we're alone on the journey
You know, a sense of direction's only us going
And in those moments it's hard to step forward and become somethin' better
But the reality of the situation is, in hardship or not
Everybody undergoes challenges
Everybody's gonna undergo difficulties, the process of life
But when we realize that and we takes step forward
We can then attain a positivity and we can attain a deity
That far precedes anything that we could have witnessed before
Fair enough our hardship we are all tied into
But the joy that we can attain can be unique for us all
And it's the realization of that can change the way that we live
Can change the way that we feel and the way that we experience life
And the thing is, we aren't just alone, we are life's longing for itself
So after us there will be life again
And the foundations that we put in place and the people that we choose to become
Our children inherit, you get me
So I say it simply, proudly and truly, with hardship comes ease
And when we embrace that fact, the human spirit will always make it through
And in that this is my prayer for you, this is my wish for you
Have faith in the promise of life itself and you will continue and you will continue
And just have faith you'll make it through”

I would have loved to have an argument with this guy. I've discovered all the things he has talked about in the course of my own life. Early on, his poetry was an assist and I do still hold him in great regard. But his views on the material world and science especially are very amateurish. No researcher properly practicing science would make a claim to know what a bird feels, for example. He is cherry picking something he may have read or heard to create a straw man and he's doing it specifically to describe a vague, immeasurable feeling best left to art and poetry to begin with. Science and poetry are not non-overlapping magisteria.

Awesome, I am going to attempt this for a project. What width did you cut the circular pieces to and were they precut to the exact size you needed or did you cut excess off when they met? Thanks

    • @justinparr4399
      @justinparr4399 Рік тому

@Alex Laux the circular pieces are cut to 3” wide by 1/8” thick. I recommend cutting the strips with a 24 tooth blade to 1/4” and using a finer blade to shave off the rough saw marks and get the pieces down to 1/8” (unless you have a planer). One end is precut to have a square edge and the other end is left very long to bend past the precut and make the final cut mark. Best to cut just a hair over your mark. The second piece is the same, precut on one edge. The second piece is what will hold the first two together. So you want to glue it with the middle being close to the halfway point of the piece. The second piece is joined at the opposite side of the first joint. The third will be joined between the first two joints, and the fourth will end up opposite of the third. I used cherry for these. But you can use most woods. Just be sure the board is half-cut sawn.

Does anyone here have experience with active imagination or automatic expressions like automatic writing or painting? I'm an INTP, although I think such classifications are useless. I feel like, for introverted intuitive types, art is the salvation from our brains. Why else would many of us have such vivid imaginations that go of their own accord in long ruminating thoughts? Why not try to use it for good? That's the idea. I hope to find others with similar goals, especially anyone who agrees with Jung's mission. I think I came to similar conclusions as him on worldly things, and my fantasies ultimately led me to his works. I'm shamelessly going over the edge and not taking him too seriously and finding my way.

I am a female INTJ (something crazy like 1.6% of women, 3% total). Intuitive introverts find sensory input which they don't choose (or like) torturous. Our inner life is so powerful we need our environment to be very peaceful and comfortable.. Not easy in this culture 😶 I have been nocturnal from a young age because at night I get some peace. What a brilliant man Jung was. Psychology and psychiatry made a very very big mistake dismissing him as a mystic. 🌹🔥🍂💨🌊🌹

Thats why i think intjs are exelent architects. They like peace and dream about such placies in reality(Se) where can experience everything they want free from the noisy outside world. They can do that also for others but maybe its hard for them with all the datta input from ppl.Im pretty sure its hard to read every individual or group of ppl because the new info is too much. P.S. I don't know why but when i found about the function i picture Ni dom as the ppl who told others where to build pyramid, temple etc.
