Nice interview with Matt Bellamy from Muse, aired on german TV on the 17th of September 2009. Rather discussing the influence of lobbyists on politicians & ways of peaceful protest against suppressing corporate powers than the album. In other words: Matt's in top form ;-) The interviewer's accent is dreadful, though (no, not all germans speak english that way!)
Matt is so handsome 😍😍
Great questions,Matt gives thoughtful and intelligent answers.
What a beautiful mind ❤
❤mmmadnes you
This is stunning... I knew all the references before he mentioned it. "Change in the air, and they will hide everywhere". They, who rules us in the shadows without our noticing.
Labels can be nasty but salute to to them if they let artists to record/play whatever things. Muse are lucky to have that freedom. And he's so right about the internet gives interest about politics. They didn't teach more about that at my school but internet makes me pay attention to it, even tho I understand it a little bit lol
Nice posting thanks!
❤️MATTHEW BELLAMY❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😍🥰
This interview made me fall in love with Matt Bellamy ❤ he sounds so intelligent.
Very suspicious questions
Hi from 2022 Matt! Glad to see you were on it. What do we do now?
Matt surely referring to soros or rockefellers... 🤣🤣
Funny that he's using a lot of words that ended up on The 2nd Law
A true artist. Brilliant and engaged with his moment in history.
Where can I see this full interview ?
Matt, sinceramente, cállate. Cállate y besame BB. Eres el mejor. Hazme tuyo papi
Beautiful voice PJ 💖
Undeniable talent and style :)

Definitely he is a intelligent guy, extremely clear about everything going on everywhere in our planet.
Muse makes music with a massage. Good or bad they get u thinking.
Beautiful song!
listen i know muse is pretty well know but Matt Bellamy, as a straight up singer, is underrated and has a nice clean sound and smooth vibrato.
2020 see
Original how human learning base talent, selfconfident, environment, experience life.. little academic for guideline (incomplete because its process learning from outside)
"I think" 28 times in 7 minutes 😂
This is not fast (in Matt-version criteria) Matt literally raps in other interviews.. I could possibly hear this one ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
What an interesting, intelligent man.
failure he sed ????? OH MY GOD when is that ? because they seem like PERFECTION !! "2018"
Когда ничего не понял,но понравилось ХD
That failed album imo never happened.
Lausige Übersetzung, der Typ hat ja nicht mal den Namen Porcupine Tree verstanden, als Aviv ihn erwähnt hat.
i. love. his. hair.
I'm a straight guy, but damn he has a cool look - sweet hair and shit
religulous420 yaaaassss... just my comment.... except for the hetero guy part 😋😋😋
ok... pay attention, stacy
I know I’m late but ain’t matt Bellamy straight
My bae ♥ he's so inteligent
Lobbyism is not new. I wish he'd be a tad more existential about it instead of just saying 'this is how it is in England.' Corporations control government in America, in England, in Germany, in Australia, etc." They controlled the most sinister man of all time, as well... Genghis Khan. They will control everything when we start colonizing the moon.
I already liked Muse but after this interview I have a lot of respect for this guy.
His so beautiful and magical and meaningfull hands !
Refuse to pay taxes? Sure. How 'bout refuse to vote? Take the power away from the system by not engaging it.
Seamus Wilde Lynch Refusing to vote is saying no to democracy
@@miguelpereira9859 Democracy is dead. 🇬🇧
Lionel Bellamy, Matthew Messi
Messi looks British
Matt is a genius
Matt can really have a conversation haha
PaulGilbertrulezzz aww but, he still, can't quite sit still xD
good old German "th" pronounciation :D (I'm German, too, I know it sounds bad :D)
People constantly banter me with their disapproval of The 2nd Law. Personally I love the album, and It tremendously annoys me when people complain so much. If you don't like the album, don't listen to it.
Yeah I agree, I think once you dispel any preconceptions it's an amazing album, people just have a stigma against dubstep that led to blind criticism
Tims View Explorers made Muse my favourite band. They were always second and although everyone else might think Explorers to be just ok, I do think that that song has such power on the listener. It's not a powerful song but can bring so much love to our hearts for this absoloutely brilliant band
I liked it more than The Resistance but in all honesty both albums were fairly equal at some points.
Omar Lopez Well, it's a shitty album.
@@dissuede6949 no its not, its great just like all their albums. If you only like them to sing or write songs in a specific way then you're not a fan of the band just a genre and they dont fall under any specific one.
intelligent man and great musician. got so sick of music about 'hoes and bling' and now we have a band thinking about what haarp is and the general political system. brilliant stuff.
I hope in the last seven years your music taste has broadened beyond an ignorant comment like this
I'm agree with you Matt, you're right! A lot of people are blind about it...
I love the way he argues about politics and crises, it's also lovely the theme crossed by the album, in my opinion The Resistance is the continuation of Black Holes and Revelations because it tries to wide and touch what triggered in 2006 but the sound is reasonably different. If you poke around you notice how different it might be, just for example Undisclosed desires is a sort of pop track and it doesn't tally with their typical style, nor could you catch any akin tune on Black Holes. I definitely love this band, it's a vent of craziness and strength but it holds a sincere purpose towards the growth and the improvement in everyday actions, even concerning the troubles we usually get into. Sadly their latest album got aloof from my expectations and it doesn't suit my faith, due to the commercial tunes they kept to and to a lack of inspiration I feel whenever I listen to Madness.
