I would guess it is the race as I have the tune.

Haldex tune was done at Stage2 IS38 along with upgraded spring! Spring was good for .10 and the tune about the same.

Yes and that is at the wheels. Crank numbers should be around 510/448 which is about 3x the stock number for HP and about 2.5x the stock number for tq. There is room for more torque but would need a built motor for that.

Strange as it sounds, it seems normal now. The car ran 11.16, 11.49 (while on an oiled track), 11.08, 11.09 and 11.09. So I have to admit it is very consistent. Only change between runs was tire pressure.

Reality is that we occupy the same track at the same time but my 1.8T is never really against the DAZA! but yes that was VanCity Audi next to me.

I am not sure I agree with that statement as the 2260 is working well BUT you have to reduce the torque to a level that is acceptable. HP is x3 stock but TQ is x2 stock for a reason. I can turn up the torque a lot more but the car can't handle that currently. It would need a built bottom end then it would be turned way up. Do you have any other place that will do it locally? There are people doing more to these engines that I have done with no issues so far.

Really trying to get into the10’s. Not easy on a stock block!

In testing on 93 pump it was equal to or better in Mexico. This was the first runs I had done running full hp/tq. Was spinning on the line each run so not sure if it was the prep, the tire pressure or set up. Will need to test more to see what we can do to reduce the variables!

@@BCAlltrack Please tell me the differences from is38, does pressure come out sooner or later? Can you get more power? If you drive on gasoline from the pump, does it make sense to install this garret or is is38 enough? Or even on gasoline garret will perform noticeably better

@@nostromoever8943 the Gt2260S does make more power than the IS38. They have tuned the 2260 to spool almost as quickly as the IS38 up to 300tq at about 3000rpm and the another 100tq up to 400tq at 3500rpm! On 93 pump the 2260 performed about the same on the low end in 0-60 and 60’. On the top end it was faster and quicker! The 2260 does spool slower but with a good tuner it can spool very close to IS38!

These cars next to me with the 8L NA motors and the chop chop cams shake my car, mirrors and camera!

The car has done several sub 3.5 0-100km with the best at 3.43. Hoping to improve that with the new set up!

Throw some drag radials on the front of the GLI and let'r rip. I bet it would go well with some grip.

I do not have any video but the average time in testing was 7.3 0-100km

@@BCAlltrackoh ok that’s honestly not bad, mine is doing 8.2s with a draggy, so nearly a full second, but with those power numbers I bet the car feels much betters than the times it does

The IS38 is a great option but DAZA next level and at that point I would just buy an RS3.lol! The car will go as far as possible on the stock block. Next month will be interesting! 🎉

@@BCAlltrack I know you know VWs/Audis (obviously)… but personally I believe I’ve come to the conclusion that the best value is either a B9 S4/S5 or MAYBE even an 8.5 A6…. $50k for an RS3 would be intense but a stage 2 S4\S5 are pushing low 11s on street tires and they’ve even had a few stock turbo S4s dip into the 10s on flex supposedly. If I had $50k to spend on an RS3 there’s no way in hell I could do that when an S4-S5 with the same $$ is faster and you get REAL Quattro. DAZA is a gem but I would NOT want my front wheel bias haldex Mk7 with simply a 5 cylinder in it no matter how amazing it is for more than quadruple the price. And then you can get an 18 A6 for less than $30k all day with low mileage and getting into the 10s is EASY less than $10k in mods. My sportwagen has me 100% sold on Audis now…. It’s just crazy to me how well engineered they are and how much tech you get for the $$. I’m gonna see if a tunezilla tune can satisfy me but I’m 100% planning on my next car being some kind of Audi.

@@robertburton8055 I agree with you on the Audi's but other than the RS6 there are no real wagons any more. That is why I went with the Alltrack. If Audi made the RS3 in a hatch like they used to, I would own that car in a second. Wagons are just not a real thing in NA for the most part but the rest of the world gets it. The Golf R Variant would be amazing!

The tune gives a significant power increase and torque increase but they still follow a similar curve. The curves are a bit better but really these transmissions hold these back. The torque hits really quick in these Tiggy’s and then falls off. HP increases up to about 5000rpm then tapers. TQ hits at 2200rpm then slowly rolls to 160 at 5750rpm but again that is the transmission. Typically it should hold torque a lot longer!

My best time on pump was 11.95 at 113mph and 0-60 in 3.7

No times are stable as DA, temps and conditions change all the time. No way to answer this with accuracy!

@@nostromoever8943 if you want to run standard fuel means you just need the IS38 turbo and a tune for your fuel. Need to have the required items as per the tuner. If you want to run ethanol then you need MPI, LPFP upgrade and ethanol sensor.

1.8t with a IS38 turbo , full bolt on. ECU, TCU and Haldex tuning by Tunezilla! The car actually went faster this year with an 11.37 at 119 and a 0-60 time of 3.25
