Wonderful talent and tattoo . How will this style of realism age with such intricate detail?

I stopped watching this show once the judges targeted an artist because he didnt have tattoos himself. He was better than other competitors but the hudges were soooooo butthurt that they weren't able to focus on his art and ended up dismissing him. I lost all respect for them.

….thats not stepping up and showing anyone tho….You moved the piece so it would be easier for you to do….you lost before you even started.

The beautiful thing about Eden pod is that you don't have to be a tattooer to connect with this podcast & I absolutely love that. Plus as someone who is a tattoo collector you learn more about the industry from past to present. I've always had respect for the tattoo industry & even more now.

Funny story, I enherited a painting of an Oni done by James Tex cica 2013, it was crazy, my gf and I were watching episode 1 and I was like "why does his name sound familiar" and then it hit me, I ran into my office and sure as shit, I have a original canvas done by him. He's a deadly artist.

When I saw the leviathans cross tattooed on the guy my though immediately went “omg brimstone from the binding of Isaac”

I totally agree but I'll tell you I've come across some of the rudest and most arrogant people who think they tattoo better than anyone else is the world. Shoddy work at best and no respect towards the client. I'd say every shop has one...I wish we had a Ryan in every shop 😊
