Excellent video! Used to do this regularly each week in our lesson, though some small variation of course the essence remains the same. Noticed a few differences in hand movements I will be trying out. Thank you David (:

Amazing Qigong and so nicely executed! I hope to learn this one, seems quite complicated with many movements going simultaneous and opposite (:

There's no sound or audio instructions in this video. It would be helpful for beginners. I recognise most of the excercises here from my practice of the 18 form Tai Chi Qi Gong. Thank you teacher Ritchie.

I left sound out figuring people could play their own soft music while practicing. I didn't do verbal instructions figuring people could follow easily. I was a beginner 5 years ago and was lucky to just be able to get something up on UA-cam. I have gotten much better since. Just relax and follow along and breathe naturally. Thank you for your comment.

Very interesting, thank you for the video. All the same postures from the 37 I flow, many of the nuances are different. But that's Tai Chi: a kind of kinesthetic Esperanto. Everybody puts their own twist on it. What matters is that the practitioner follows the fundamental principles.

There is an addition for the CMC 37 Form that was OKd by Prof. Cheng. While this video is fine in that it shows you what is left out of the 108 Form, it doesn't show you the Addition that replaces these missing forms. Only certain schools were given these additions based upon their lineage. High pat on horse, Needle at the Bottom of the Sea, Iron Fan, White Snake sticks out it's tongue, Left leg sweep, etc. are all added.

I never saw the form that I learn from you 25 years doing it at a fast speed. I am happy that you started a you tube account with your video's. Thank you for saving my life. In 2003 I was hit with angina, when I went in for a Coronary Angiography ( Angiograms ). I was clear with only 20% blockage, not enough to cause a Angina attack. It was cause all by stress since I was under lot of stress at the time I should had a massive heart attack and die. He wanted to know what I was doing to prevent this because I should of die he told me. I told him I was doing Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung and I explain to him what it was all about and drinking lots of green tea and taken herbs. He told me whatever you do keep doing it, because all the things you been doing safe your life. This is coming from a heart doctor. Again thank you Dave and the Central Connecticut of Tai Chi Chuan for learning this great martial art style.
