Spinners are seeded, you can't timed them or any events from spaces you land on (even the roulette wheels). The only real choice you have is what space you will land on with your pre-decided roll. Unsure if the casino is seeded but I believe it is. Speaking from the PS2 game though and if they changed any of that then I wouldn't know. Also a question was asked why they quit dodging attacks, their SP (speed) is too low.

Ah yes, dokapon kingdom. A game where low to medium competition between the players is enough to stretch a campaign out to a hundred hours or more. Toxic Sundays level gameplay of this means they will be here for like a million years before they finish the campaign, if at all.

If you dislike Mario Party's minigames then Dokapon Kingdom is a good game if you want everyone to rage quit and never finish the story mode (yes there is an ending but it also take about 8 hours min to get to even assuming you go for objectives, seriously watch a speedrun. It is insane how long the game is even when you know what to do) but if you want a chill "I don't care what happens" game that have as much bullying potential as Dokapon then play 100% Orange Juice. RNG in that game make it that ultimately it is hard to care about what happens in it. It is still fun though. Edit: oh, if you happen to have the game with a friend who can't take losing but have an open mind and want to avoid rage quitting I once play the game with homebrew rules that was pretty fun. You and your friend play coop with the goal of having the CPU with the easy setting winning the game while a CPU set to sneaky (the hardest setting) being your main enemy. If anyone but the easy CPU wins then it is a mental loss. While waiting for the CPU to win when you can't directly help it you can aim to complete the data info which only unlock when you find the item in question. So you gotta collect all of those hairstyles and local items yourself as at least in the PS2 ver anything the CPU does does not count for it.
