@TheCarWashSoutherner 95% of the Razors I've ever come across have that steep pricing garbage. What im more surprised at is the fact that I've never seen a Razor with a $20 package.

Really? That's interesting. From my experience with these machines it will either rinse really well or it won't. It's hit or miss

@AllianceB95 with all due respect, you are partially correct but you're looking at it way too broadly. brushes CAN be cleaned, but in the case of this particular wash there's clearly no one bothering to take care of them. I work in this field, where I work we work hard to ensure our bristle brushes are taken care of. If brushes aren't cleaned, the gunk and stuff you mentioned accumulates and gets smeared onto cars. The material used to make the brushes also plays a factor.

If that happened this wash wouldn't be standing. That is all dirt, grime, and calcium buildup and bad maintenance practices that cuases this thing to be so badly worn. It's often the case out here that gas station washes are neglected because it's just something they sell on the side. It's not their main product or focus.

@jkelliher_24 It needs to be pressure washed (whoever thought a car wash needs to be cleaned?) Calcium from hard water - either no water softener or its not working due to neglected maintenance.

The fact that no other cars are waiting tells a lot. Reminds me of the 90s, here in Canada, when I worked for a couple of gas stations that had car washes but none this bad.

​@haweater1555 yeah over here gas stations have car washes for the same reason they have convenience stores, it's just something they sell on the side and not really cared about. And thus why there's a decent amount of gas station car washes that aren't taken care of very well.

Man, I wish this one hit. Because there are less and less of them near me. I was excited to see an old mark vii running near me but then was left in awe.

Lol I'm filming every one I can because they're getting very rare very fast.

@disneyfan9099 fair enough. I think they installed it to tailor to the higher-income customer base that resides in the city. After all, San Antonio Heights is close by and theres a lot of rich neighborhoods in the upper side. But that is just my view.

Yeah, this is the one of a kind find. Considering this is the only automatic car wash that services most of the mountains i'm surprised at how well kept this is. I believe there's a video of the person who owns this. I can't find it though. I want to say it's from car wash chronicles.
