Hi.. I am looking for this product... can u help reach u
If you are a dentist you can reach out to us via our website. If you are a patient you will need to make an appointment with your preferred dentist to make sure this product is what you need for your dental health. Ask them to use our lab to create your appliance. We work directly with dentists & doctors, but not directly with patients. Thanks!
Crown under partial? Nothing if Smithwick can break it. He doesn’t even need to be in a disinfect area...
What implant system do you use for this case?
These are Paltop SP implants. 3.5 platform & is Zimmer compatible. We then put abutments on the implants to bring it above the tissue & correct the angles.
Sweet abutments
Also - should do a follow-up where Smithwick breaks these wearing a Halloween sleeveless tee mid workout.
He would break these with ease! These have more flex than even AC!
DUDE those fangs look PERFECT! Will really help those actors TRICK unlucky guests and give them a true SHOT of fear!
You can throw these onto your existing teeth with your eyes closed!
Cool 😺
Thank you!
Much comfortable than cpap machine
More comfortable, more affordable, & easier to use.
DUDE those teeth look PERFECT!
Wow, thanks!
Hello Dr. Mario what do you suggest if I have no molars in my mouth?
This will all be dependent on your overall dental health. It is likely that your best option would be implant supported crowns to replace those molars. We always suggest that you schedule an appointment with your preferred dentist to analyze & determine the best course of action for your dental health.
I want join your lab and I want learn

Hi there, we are really eager to purchase a 3D printer for the sole purpose of printing crowns/ copings and bridge frameworks for casting. We were looking at the envisiontec micro advantage OR the form2. Would you say the form 2 is capable of printing and furthermore casting crowns etc accurately enough? Would love your opinion. Many thanks Jo
Hey Joe, Yes the Form 2 can do that! The only reason we've moved away from the Form 2 is speed. The Form 2 uses a laser to expose the print material so it must draw each layer gradually. While the Microplus XL uses a form of DLP, which exposes the entire layer at the same time. That means the print time on the Microplus XL is not affected by the print volume, while the Form 2 takes a bit longer to print larger objects. Oral Arts is a high volume lab, so the difference in print time makes a big difference to us.
Hi, thanks for your reply! Do you experience any porosity In your metal (non precious/ precious) once it’s cast and what resin do you use for printing? Thanks in advance Jo
thank you for the recommendation. ı would like to know if you had searched for the differences in between formlabs printer (formlabs.com/3d-printers/form-2/) and microplus ?
Good question! Not only have we looked at the stat differences but we also use a Form 2 3D printer here in the lab. The Form 2 is a great 3D printer, but the main reason we prefer the the Microplus XL for most jobs is speed.
I've done this recently with Oral Arts Dental Lab in Huntsville. It was a slam dunk--no adjustment, RPD that patient kept during crown fabrication fit precisely to the new ElementZ crown. Ari W--My understanding is the lab doesn't need the clasp captured in an impression--if the clasp fits the pre-op contours of the tooth, then they just copy the pre-op shape of that tooth (which the lab replicates into the new crown), and the partial will fit as it did before.
You must be lucky, when it happens to me, it's a distal abutment support for the cast pd with rest seats and clasps, and usually the crown is missing, or half broken crown. So that's why I cant seem to understand, it's a trainwreck, and I am stuck making a new pd...
If it's half broken, build it up how you want to fit the partial then take an impression of the build up tooth.
@@OralArtsDentalLabI know what you're saying. It is a limited use technique in my opinion. Only for unworn undefeated minimally fractured teeth needing a crown under PD I say this because if a tooth needs a crown from a large fracture or decay... it is extremely difficult to build back the contours fitting exactly with rest seat or heights of contour and correct undercut to get the "pre op" ( more like mid op impression ). You'd spend at least half hour removing and inserting the existing PD in order to get a nice composite filling to retrofit to the PD. Then sadly grind it all away during the prep. All this just so they don't have to go home toothless for a week or so .
Not sure if I understand the rational for the pre op impression? /w pd in place or without pd in place.
Without PD in place. We scan the pre-op and copy mill the crown to pre-op contours.
so how do we capture the clasps of the pd?
You don't need to. The clasp fit the existing tooth anatomy. So, we copy the existing tooth anatomy perfectly with a monolithic zirconia crown copy milled from your pre-op model scan.
Confused. If the tooth was " blown out " or fractured then we have to build it to the original contour/ shape. Take an impression with out the PD in place then prep and take a final prep without a PD in place ?
@@FL-gg4dq exactly, build it up so it fits the intaglio of the partial good, impress it, prep it, impress it again, send us both.
Hilarious!!
Awesome office! We enjoy doing work for Dr. McOmie
We do too!
