Fake Ferrari Testarossa Kit Car Restoration - 86’ FAUXRARI 350tr
3 months ago I saw this Ferrari 512tr Kit Car body swapped in a an 86’ Fiero GT on marketplace and knew Inhad to have it. It looked like complete hell and needs a ton of work but for the price so low I couldn’t pass it up & once I saw it had a Chevy 350 small block I was even more excited to hear it run.

How will you get the cluster to work with a 350 engine? How does it plugs or reads all the info?

@@DispatchMoto yeah it’s a little bit of work but this one I’m building in my spare time when I need a break from my cars and trucks so it’s all good. I still have the spare motor but I’m planning to use a different rear on the one bike so it’s going to be interesting

I'm not mad or anything I just had that thought like most people who want to work on Ferraris want to be F1, grand prix, and gt pit stop guys and like take the career real seriously and have to bust ass learning mechanics in other cars bros over here with his barn find Ferrari just slapping in together in his drive way with the cart glued to his hands lol

I wouldn't use uni strut for a trans mount. That's going to twist right up.
@@roberthaas80 it was just to get the motor lined up . The actual mount is much stronger & that transmission is getting swapped out for a manual this Monday 🤙

That's not a motor at all. That's an engine. A motor receives its power from an external source (electric motor, hydraulic motor, etc...). An engine produces its own power (internal combustion engine, jet engine, etc...).
