Great series and great mod. I got involved in some wars involving Sweden as a merc and while my forces werent as effective as yours I had alot of fun pushing into sweden and fighting battles. The guns completely change how I play in this mod and I love it. Tho I am alot less likely to go into the front lines and charging castles to throw grenades. I also run alot more infantry than I should but love sending them in once the enemy lines have been depleted a bit. I'm still not great with seieges in this mod but have got better at them.

Ah yes, imagine fighting against a band of giants and watch your fellow soldiers get mowed down by their spear sized "arrows" while the giants leader who's wearing proper plate armour complains about his sword shrinking before chasing you with his javelins which he misses all of them with each throw. Couldn't be me. Also, does the my little warband work with giants? Because imaging seeing giants wearing lanister armour and charging towards a nightswatch Infantry line. The armour seems like it does its best to stretch out to fit in your characters size.

Does Giants work real good and field battles but very poor in siege battles

I think you should get up to 100 Giants before you start going after castles in towns

The giants need to take back the land they somehow lost to the little fellas, Take some land in the north and then go marauding.

I feel it to be more true to lore that you would conquer for the Free Folk and allow them a place South of the Wall. You would probably be able to receive land if you become a vassal. But I'm not sure if we are trying to be lore adjacent in this series, if the story is about a rising Giant king Ymir, it makes more sense to carve out a kingdom of his own. Where is king Ymir going to find his kingdom? If Winter is coming (although the undead armies seem to get wrecked) it would make more sense to go South of the Wall.

Nice progress on the army, i believe sieging a castle will become possible soon. Excited for what follows :) Good point on the lack of caravans. Might raiding villages be worth it at this point or can't you yet go beyond the wall? At this point it feels like they would need to pull quite something together to stop the Giants.

Why 3 grenades when you can do 2 grenades and just the arrow buckets to get more amo from the gun

Now image if you gave those giant lads some heavy armour and actual giant maces made with metal instead of just a stump that has a rock tied to it. The fastest way of earning gold rapidly? Creating your sword again and selling it to town. It's worth 9k.
