Hi thanks for the tip , have just started doing the same, as it seems to "drop" the pipes .did help to remind me in todays recording ,not just to turn off but cut as well (is an episode where I failed to turn of the gas luckily had cleared most of the area before the explosion( was blowing a door off))

Hi There are another 2 ships yet to do ,a bulk carrier and an ice breaker ,have not looked at them yet that fun is to come . good question what after completing all for me make sure I get the steam goals (always good to complete them) and maybe try a different way .(am thinking after all are done, try blowing one up with the explosive but not even seen the ship yet so may be another one)

Hope you enjoy the game, there are many ways you can tackle the ships ,watch out for the gas and electric least you don't get killed (worst that has happened to me got reset to the start hut and it was the radiation from one of the DLC ships)

I have a few more to move on my map, the boars and wolves where slowing that down ,but hopefully have taken the worst of them out .still learning about some of the game changes

its ok, have been thinking of maybe getting Scrapyard 1, or maybe similar games (House Flipper comes to mind) Not into "fantasy" games with spells and such. glad you are enjoying this series

glad to help , always good to have a little preview. will be doing all the ships even new DLC ones (and they are big). Like where there is no right or wrong to start dismantling (apart from being carful with the electric and gas)

@@arch454 I just. Blew up my first DLC big ship….man you really have to look around before starting the salvage, the creator really hide them.

they can be sneaky ,have recently found if you turn the gas off then cut the pipe it "destroys" the rest of the line NOT blow it up. Am toying with the idea of when all ships are done ,taking 1 and load it with dynamite and Boom, see what happens just for a bit of fun see if we can fill any contracts after that

Agree. Commentary is back working on the latest video, and we soon will be into the ships from the DLC lot larger and there challenges (plenty still to come)

Hi had a computer issue and did not notice it had affected my OBS recorded 3 episodes before I edited or noticed all working now

was glad to get the core ,has been a long serries (longer than planned) think I will end it after taking out a Tovera must do one of those. thinking of another stranded series now that the Project X mod has been fixed

good ship to do ,have fun .I tried a different way than normal, think the holds are the biggest challenge on this ship (and always getting the engines out)

I am thinking of changing the gun load out adding more blasters love them for taking down shields , will be spending a little time looking out what I can change now we have a little more CPU

that did confuse me a little ,thought they did not connect ,and will remember the turrets for next time , have had them open up when not wanted and turning off ,I lose the long range radar (only one on the ship)

Have just added blaster cannons ,and they do take shields down (only tried on non legacy there turn soon). will check the polaris for rad shielding (got it in my head it was colonist) dronite is good for gold but don't want to go back to drone space just yet, will watch for it in non drone space

agree with the sv/hv upgrades trade you the small quantum's I have . My biggest use is artillery might change some of that soon

Glad you enjoyed watching, stranded is a good game, and will be doing more soon (most likely Project X the standard update messed that up but it is now fixed ) not sure what the relationships were been a while and they do change with time

do have some of those turrets in storage , might add then on the next upgrade(thinking more shields 1st, but that can change) ,let me know how those swarm rockets go never seen them in action, just done a legacy system with the legacy and 3 zerax ships ,that was interesting (will be ep 163)

will be taking on the toveras but not sure when , few more upgrades on this ship 1st, and finish this sector off ,plenty still to do

@@arch454 one last thing of note about the Tovera the quantum CPU extenders are not in a box, they are next to the core, and unless destroyed they are always there. The core is in the front of the ship behind the nose, right behind the captain's chair.

Do watch the damage, but it going to happen .And the ship can take some hits (having my little mobile repair bay helps for the CV) .Hoping to change some of the weapons around see if i can get some Gamma turrets and remove some of the manual fire lasers .Need to get the shields down quicker

@@arch454My load out of three emp’s I think 8 heavy laser turrets, 4 positron turrets, one upgraded and two positron cannons. In one folly got the injectors shields down to 33%, I ran because my shields were the same but he had double my shield recharge. Now I’ve added 4 imperial laser turrets and 8 positron cannons. So I’m hoping to down their shields faster the mine.

tend Not to worry about my shields going down at the minute the legacy weapons are not doing too much damage very quickly, so finding I can hang it for a while, then back to the carrier for quick repair and back into it, losing mostly my guns, is a little expensive right now but as I upgrade should get better, I am changing my load out again (ep 160&161) will get it right lol

will give it a try ,not had lag like that before, but it happened again in the episode after this one thanks for the suggestion

thanks have been thinking of the gamma lasers or the blaster turrets (think that what they are called) maybe the tovera soon ,I am going to need plenty of cores

wish I could have been there, maybe 1 day will have a chance to visit the ship ,don't think we realise the size of the ship on screen .always watch the episode on the ship on u tube

agree ,the attacks might not do much damage singly , but constant attacks most of the time it adds up ,do not think the other ship would have survived ,but did miss its firepower

Have yet to do a sector command ,will be watching for them soon and the missile silo

@@arch454 highly recommend a CV purpose-built for ground POIs for SC. The missile silos can be found on frozen inferno planets, watch your back in there.

I am going through the artillery rounds fast ,hoping that will ease if I get more missiles and cannons only got 2 of each all others are lasers

yes was a long time in drone space ,and was more then ready to leave, yep when you are not looking for something then when you want them ...agree on the logs but was still fun finding them (love to hear what he has to say about spanj lol) .Just found some legacy ships so can start on the quantum's and much need weapons upgrades

you might be right on the legacy, but hope to find out soon, do need the quantum's to upgrade the weapons and no idea for the sv/hv .the miner has know be rebuilt bit carless on my part ,but did thing It was safe

you got that right , that was a bad one and just happened was trying to land on the deck, did think I might have to rerecord the episode, but it came unstuck after about 10 min of trying

do have a helios storage module on the carriers, its more sorting where to put stuff and remembering where it is. My carrier now has 6 cores,just updated some of the equipment on it mainly engines was a little slow with the new ship

@@arch454 I hear ya, with Eclipse and Outter Venture I need another 1-2 more cores, not getting on planets, too much weight.

did back off, still getting use to it ,but the more I use it the better likening it, be better when we get the upgrades for the weapons and engines

it a good ship outer hull is combat steel ,still getting use to it a figuring out what 1 want in it ,couple of constructor's should do ,and do not need the food processers (always have ration packs on me ) best way to fit it our is to use it . have notices no missile launchers. and she can take the hits have found out ,that will be in ep 152 ,took a good punch on the nose.

@@arch454 yay, I did notice the no launchers, I've got 4 upgraded launchers and three emp.

Scout’s have drone parts and a loot box, next time look around for temp boxes because I normally destroy the loot when I destroy the scout.

Normally do thought try a different way

Have just fount some dronenite areas ass always drones to clear 1st (1 is around a Roque planet , but we have something new to try , not yet recorded so ...... fun too come
