I watched this EAS Scenario not too long ago, and I still can't believe that last year, it finally happened. The first outbreak that we have had in a very long time. Although no lives were lost, we are still in recovery mode at this time. Had the tornado moved any further east, my apartment complex would have been hit. That's why Mom's motto when it comes to weather is, "Never say never."
