Beautiful Testimony!! Satan has hidden the biblical family model. We all need a Father & Mother as a model. There are 2 Genders for God or Elohim. Elohim is a plural word for 'them"in Hebrew. But "Lord" YHWH (יחוח) is Father a is male or "Him". We have been missing the Female, Her, Mother. The "HER" is the Holy Spirit, Ruah (described as Mother Wisdom in Proverbs) the Hebrew word for Holy Spirit is feminine. So you have a Father & a Mother & thier son, Jesus or Yeshua. The biblical Family Model in heaven has been hidden which is why everyone is so confused. 😢

I wish I could feel the same way about my husbands family . I don’t feel like his family is my family because I’m a born again Christian and they are very much catholic . They are set in their ways with partying , drinking , cursing . I’m comfortable with being single too. I’m not looking for anybody. I really don’t need anybody (I am not claiming to be self sufficient either), but I want marriage, if that is in the books God has written about my life. I’m like Laura in my personality. I have a Godly positive altitude, I have a love for the word of God and want a man I can I can have Biblical discussion with . My son is going through transition. I shared with him your testimony, Laura - and he had a few angry words with me for sharing it. But God is good to quickly calm the situation. And we said our love yous to each other. I said i shared it with him as its just such an amazing testimony. He sees it as my Christian agenda. Please pray for my Luke. One of the hardest thing I ever had to do was to tell my son that I could not attend his “wedding” to his partner, after his divorcing my daughter in law and leaving her for this man. I tried to explain that God is the one who designed marriage and He has the right to decide the parameters for this union, and that my relationship to Him is what directs my life. He has never really forgiven me. After 5 years, I did start receiving Mother’s Day cards again, but recently he told me that he saw his relationship with me as superficial since I would not embrace his marriage. It is heartbreaking and I continue to pray that his eyes will one day be opened and he will turn to Jesus in repentance.

I thank the Lord Jesus for you and your parents testimony. It is a great encouragement to me as I continue to wait and trust God.

I found this test story after watching Laura’s testimony and exhortation on answers in Genesis. It was nice meeting and seeing her mom in this video … hearing from her what God was also doing in her life simultaneously as God healed both of them from legalism and false Christianity. I was also introduced to Andrew Murray …. a preacher, I did not know about and found all of his books and sermons on Audible… I had been looking for something like this for a long time. Mostly because I hear a lot of back-and-forth between legalism and the flipside of entertainment driven Christianity…. It’s not about what we do completely. It’s why we’re doing it and from what place are we serving God? Is it from a heart of abiding in him and searching for him?? Or is it a place to prove we are to try to do it ourselves in our own strength? Both legalism and self gratification through entertainment come from the same brokenness: desire to solve our problems ourselves. I’ve heard a lot of modern people speak on seeking God and surrendering- it’s nice to find somebody from the turn of the 20th century preaching on this as well. It shows this problem has been ongoing in our culture for a long time, and we are seeing that deep manifestation of idolizing external works and morality above abiding in God’s presence and seeking him first… Caring about outward appearance and being like Martha as opposed to being Mary first and letting God show us what he has for us… This is gonna be the start for me to really seek God and don’t worry about anything else . I feel a lot of guilt like Laura’s mom…. I’ve been trying to look good for so long and keep it together and keep my family following Jesus and doing what’s right… that has exhausted me to where I don’t want to spend time with my kids and I’m too tired to feel like I can do anything. I have to leave all of this at the feet of Jesus and seek him and abiding in Him daily… I need to learn about the things that Andrew Murray wrote and preached on- I think many of us do in westernized Christianity…. There is something missing I think it’s God Himself… keep wanting to do Christianity without him and we don’t realize it’s about a relationship with him first and all these other things will be added as He wills and wishes. I must focus on He has given me first: Himself and him lead me in all other things. So glad I found this today

Pray for James Younger, his mother wants to transition him to a girl now at the age of 12, she started brain washing him that he is a girl since he was 3. His father is fighting for him to remain as a boy and the next court date is May 30, 2024. She may have already been giving him female hormones without court permission. 😒

Amen! Nobody wants to hear that a lot of it is demonic oppression. It takes time to get free from demonic oppression. It is exhausting! People with addictions can verify that including me 🙏🏼❤️ all praise to Jesus and he said it was going to be hard and we were going to have trials and tribulations. We have to be reborn in Christ!
