Great question! You are far ahead of the business-owner mindset game than many others. Depends on your state/province/local laws. You most likely need to employ a "Broker of Record" or "Managing Broker" to have your own company and employ agents. So you personally do not need the license, but someone in your company will probably need one. Where are you located?

This is a very complicated question! Let me try to explain…your current broker may require a release of listings. And they may charge you. You need to look through your written agreement and see what the policy is (if any). Then prepare to negotiate if they want to charge you to leave with your business. I’m happy to chat on the phone. Thank you for kindly asking! I am feeling better, and it’s not acute anymore, but I have complex, chronic infections for which I’m taking Samento and Banderol, and other supplements and vitamins. I still have severe pain in my back (AS which has fused my spine) and legs, and I’m extremely fatigued and have nervous system dysfunction. The leg pain has me worried because I had the pain as a child until I was about 20 (diagnosed as “growing pains”, but I’m only 4’ 9”.), then they came back after I had surgery to remove breast implants 6 years ago and contracted pseudomonas aeriginosa for 8 weeks until my incision festered. Now I get them severely every day. I can’t function with the pain. My brain has not worked well either, but that’s getting better as well. However, I am now in a debilitating freeze response from trauma as a child and last year when my grown son went manic and started becoming violent. He went to jail for domestic violence for 3 months, but actually had mold and Lyme, and they got worse there. I’m getting extremely anxious even texting this part. I am afraid to drive and get panicky if I have to make phone calls. It’s the strangest thing, because I had a 40 year teaching career, and now I can’t even face paying bills that are wrong because they billed the incorrect insurance company. I’m trying to go get blood work and an ultrasound on my thyroid, and have other issues I need to take care of. I’m alone, pushing 70, my fiancé left me, but something happened to his brain recently, and he couldn’t remember anything, so he was unsupportive. I have a friend who will go run my errands with me, but I find it hard lately to get ready to go somewhere. My goal is to get this house looking good so I can move back to a condo. Unfortunately, my perfect condo had hidden mold, and I had to move. Thank you. I hope this wasn’t too much info!

I’ll wait to see if it returns, because I was going to add that my former husband was a real estate appraiser and an agent, my mother was a commercial real estate appraiser and was the first woman president of the SE MI Appraisers Society, and my uncle owns a huge appraisal firm here in MI. I wish my ex would get back his real estate license or his appraisal license because he’s 73, and his job is killing him. I out him through school to get these licenses and after we divorced, he went back to his first job. It would be so much easier on him. My boyfriend is an appraiser as something to do because he’s wealthy. If I could just get healthy again, I could travel with him and have a life! If my comment doesn’t show up, I’ll try to remember what I said, and rewrite it. I think people should be aware if things that cause and can occur with Lyme, mold, breast implants, etc. I’m wondering how to prove my grown son has had it for 31 years so he can get disability based on having been ill since age 7 with Lyme, which I now believe caused his meningoencephalitis, and damaged his frontal lobe and central nervous system. He’s in constant pain and so am I.

Oh, wow, it was a 6 year journey-so intense, I could write a book. I don’t know if I can help anyone, I’m not a doctor but I’m 90% cured in my estimation. My doctor diagnosed me with poly myalgia and gave me prednisone. I did research everyday and knew that was wrong so I tapered out of it. I tried every alternative I could find. Some were like chemotherapy and nearly killed me. It helped narrow my research to remember that Lyme is a million intercellular parasites that colonize everywhere and migrate as they are targeted. I couldn’t drive a car, could hardly walk or stand or sit or lie down. Chronic all day all night no respite- got depressed deeply, I probably had those critters in my brain. Meanwhile I researched and tried this and that while I felt I would not survive and I forgot what good health felt like. Then I tried a protocol that involved massive amounts of vitamin C and SALT. with water. I couldn’t do the whole protocol, it felt like it would kill me. My guts exploded and I cleaned out like never before. The next day I glimpsed light in the darkness. I felt like maybe there could be a path to health after all, but the full protocol terrified me. ( it was called “water therapy”). It encouraged me though. Then searching my symptoms I found that boron deficiency has the same symptoms as Lyme disease. Don’t ask me. I don’t know. So I went on a protocol from a PDF online called “ the borax cure”. I started taking an eighth teaspoon of 20 mule team borax in my coffee. It took 6 weeks. (Forever) and I started feeling better and better. That was about 8 years ago. I still include borax in my bread and coffee at least once a week as a preventative. (20 mule team only. It is pure mineral straight from the earth).

Adding to the above, I also keep food grade diatomaceous earth in my diet as that kills parasites and cleanses as well.

There are so many it would take me days or hours to explain. I also can’t remember them all. I was in treatment for years and each time I saw the doctor it was a new protocol. I had coinfections and once something cleared up something else would flare up. It was a combination of oral remedies(western meds and eastern herbs) and IV therapies.

It’s that your title led me to watch thinking you had some input for others on actual protocols and treatments You know, like GcMAF, advanced parasite treatments with things like Fenbendazole, Ivermectin, Praziquantel, Doxy… Changing diet to keto and elimination of other things. Stuff like that

@@elisabyler3421 Did you find any help? You can get a functional medicine doctor or look up Lyme Literate practitioners in your area to get a test. I’m so sorry for your situation. It’s unthinkable that doctors won’t acknowledge this chronic condition! They don’t learn it and don’t want to go back and find out. Check out Dr. William Rawls and maybe get on his protocol (Cowden). If you’re in Michigan, you can stay with me until you’re better! I live in Rochester.

Hi thanks! Find someone who will spend time to teach you and give you buyer leads. Sometimes small independent brokerages need a lot of help and are willing to spend the time with you. The bigger the office sometimes you won’t get help. If you join a team as a buyers agent that is a good way to go too!
