She did lil mistakes like the big mistake that she put that wine bottle on the table to open it which is wrong, the bottle should be open in waiter hands not on the table, 2nd she used wrong way to open the bottle opener
it depends with where you work or what F&B school you attended, I work at a fine dine restaurant and we were told to always open a bottle of wine in front of the guest right on the table
@@rozzyprim6724 all waiters open the bottle in front of the guests but not on the table, there is a standard rule for opening a bottle in front of guests, don’t try to excuse in the name of school that was your own mistake, you can check videos on UA-cam, then show me any video where a waiter open bottle putting on the table
